Read carefully: Aerotek employees are Very friendly people, they always keep you update whenever theres opening. Josh was the first recruiter I keep contact wit, every time josh call to see if im available for work, I always say yes. Only problem is? He always go back to his favorite saying, "let me get a hold of the manager and Ill get back at you asap." like okay? Randstad/spectra/exact staff took me in and gave me jobs. months later, some girl name crystal from Aerotek started hitting me up everyday about my apps she saw on indeed or their website, not sure exact where but, she called and asked If Im still interested? She have couple of spots that are open right now and can put me on. I gave her a call and we spoke, she asked what kind of job/field Im looking for. I told her what Im looking for and she replied she have few spots open that matches my needs. Then she asked if I want my name in her system so that she can get a hold of me when theres a spot open. I said yes, and what do you know, same thing josh said when I said yes to a position offer. "Let me get a hold of the manager and Ill get back to you asap. But you just said you have a few spots open; Hmm...kinda weird. After that conversation wit her, I never hear from her again. I even tried and reach out to her for updates, left couple messages and still no call back. Before she would always call back whenever I left a message. not until my name was in her system. See? Very friendly and always communicating very well, until they have your name in their system then youre welp! Lol! Its all about getting people in their system, thats how bonus kicks in for them. The more they put on, the more they take home. They aint really out to help you. Josh and crystal, thank you very much for always leaving me in a loop of wonders. Lol! Give it try peeps.

Very unprofessional say they call you and they never did they expect you to wait months on them to get you to work if they even put you to work after completing everything they ask you to do and get mad if you find work elsewhere employees at the staffing agency seem very childish..

very unprofessional, they tell you you have a job and then you dont even work then no contact back from them extremely unprofessional. Dont waste your time with them.
