I would like to give an EXCELLENT customer service report on AAA Electric and especially, technician Mason, who did repairs and upgrades on our kitchen remodel. Mason came back today to finish the install of an outlet on our kitchen island and to do a panel "refresh". He was prompt, professional, offered good explanations of his assessments for the electrical needs. He explained the payment policy up front before work began. Mason worked in a focused manor, and he did a thorough clean up when he was done. With all the work we had done, we paid a bit extra for the Home Protection plan, and I feel it was well worth it- and I am NOT one of those people that buy extended warranties and the like! We expect to have more upgrades done in the future and will DEFINITELY use AAA again.

My outlets upstairs didnt work when I got home after work, I called AAA Electrical Services. The lady on the phone was very nice and had a guy out there within 2 hours. It was really nice that they called ahead of time to let me know they were on there way, I found that very helpful. There technicians was able to figure out the problem right away and he talked about it with me, didnt leave me in the dark. I was very much pleased with everything about AAA electrical services. From the help I receive over the phone, to the friendly but professional technician, to the speedy of service and even to the prices! THANK YOU AAA ELECTRICAL SERVICES!!! :)

I had some very poor wiring installed by previous owners at our house. I called AAA electric at 10am and they were out to my home by 1130. Calen was my technician. He was personable, clean cut, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue and quoted me a price prior to performing any work. I should also mention that i paid by the job, and not the hours worked. I thought the price was very fair. He then completed that work quickly, and most importantly, correctly. Dont try and save money by hiring a guy off craigslist or from a guy your friend knows. Hire these licensed and talented individuals.

I should have checked their yelp reviews before calling them... I was told that they would charge $59.99 for the initial diagnostics. However, that $59.99 is just to show up... just show up... and then what... Oh.. they will run diagnostics... and that would cost $980+ and 95% of the problems can be fixed after this... What? They are crooks as one of the "yelp" review says... Pl dont call them.... You are surely going to be ripped off...

I spent $950 for several circuit that were out and after he left, I discovered 2 receptacles that he did not check or fix. Called his office and they were going to reschedule but never did after 2 attempts.. He was also supposed to come back in about a week and give me an estimate on cleaning up some other wiring around the house. Never showed. Otherwise, he seemed very knowledgable and experienced.

Great service! Frank Swan was our service technician and he was friendly, professional, and provided sound advice. We had some issues with our kitchen lighting and Frank solved the problem. We also signed up for the one year service plan that covers electrical, plumbing, and heat/air conditioning. We were very satisfied with Franks excellent customer service!

I called into the general number to get service for a blown breaker. With in 2 hours an electrician was out to my house, identified my issue, provided options for both a short term and long term fix and was extremely upfront about pricing. Will recommend this company to all friends and family moving forward.

Keith Clark was my technician today. He was very professional and informative. He did the work in a timely manner and was conscientious in relaying information from Ed regarding the kitchen fixture bulbs. All in all, AAA is very customer service oriented and it shows in the employees.
