DO NOT waste your money on purchasing a hair piece or a wig from this place. I wasted over $400 dollars and the wig only looked good for about 3 weeks. I called the owner and Jada and was told that I was using the wrong conditioner and to purchase a different kind, then I was told that it could be something that my was stylist was doing, then I was told that I was not taking care of it. REALLY?! Im not new to hair pieces or wigs this is what I do. I was advised that it was EVERYONE else fault except for Princess Hair Shop taking accountability for selling "faulty" hair pieces, and wigs etc. This was my first purchase and my last. I was so disappointed with my experience and my purchase. Literally, the wig looked good for about 3 weeks-up until the first shampoo wash and then it was down hill from there. The wig shedded so bad... when you comb, brush, wash and even blow drying the wig would shed. DO NOT waste your money.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!! The hair was dull, stiff, and dry after two weeks and when I told their customer service about it all they did was recommend products and treatments that made the hair worse. But when i sent the hair back to them all they did was send me one 4oz of hair because thats all my other hair was "worth". So i just wasted over $400 on Crappy hair that only looked nice for two weeks. Their customer service may have been nice but their hair is awful. I would rather shave off all of my hair and walk around bald then buy hair from here again. A little advice to people considering buying from this company... DONT. But if you insist on trying them out anyway dont be surprised when the hair looks like crap after a couple of weeks and the second the hair looks like crap send it back to them because they will blame it on you and cheat you out of your money.

Princess hairshop very well decorated to taste clean and comfortable atmosphere. and the staff is very professional friendly and were accomadating to my needs as to what i desire. I was given one on one instructions on how to care for my unit. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products . If u like 4 star celebrity service,princess hairshop is the place to be.I looooove my princess hair.the quality of the hair is brilliant.after my purchase of my Brazilian unit I can never go back to wearing Low grade hair Ive been wearing wigs and weaves for over 30 years Years .and never had nothing to compare to the quality of the hair I purchased at princess hairshop. The question is simple do u want lasting quality hair or hair that had to be replace every month. I look forward to building my collection Of quality princess hair.

Ive purchased hair from here over 10 times over the time spam of 5 years. I also order in various names depending where I am traveling I may ave the hair sent to the my hosts home. Each time Ive ordered Ive always been more than pleased with their service, presentation and hair. Over time the hairs quality has even gotten better. Not one time have I had a quality issue. People who have trouble with their hair extensions simply arent caring for their hair properly. They guarantee the hair for a year but it really lasts for years. I have every set of hair that Ive purchased from them from day one. I definitely recommend these extensions. They are by far the best Ive had!

They sell Halloween wigs. Very poor quality not the quality they mention nor advertise. Jasmine (store manager) is rude yells at customers for complaining about their lousy hair. Jada (owner) just supports Jasmine and her unprofessionalism while Ebony cosigns all just so that she doesnt lose her job over their ignorance. I do not recommend to anyone!

Great Hair quality with minimum to no shedding! Customer service is excellent, and shipping is fast. Follow package instructions before installing hair and you will get much desired results! I recommend this company over its competitors...priced for quality and long wear.

Very poor quality hair for over 500 dollars. The owner is pleasant but she knows that her product is bad. Shame on you. Your okay taking peoples money knowing that the quality is less than 10A.
