The studio is warm, inviting and clean! Demetrius was my stretchilates instructor today and because I feel so relaxed and invigorated in my body, I made it a point to sit down and write a review. The movements are so effective and fun. I think a lot of people forget that stretching feels amazing, or maybe we feel pressed to do something else for an hour beside stretch, but wow, does the body benefit from it! Demetrius is an amazing instructor, always so positive and upbeat - with lots of great cues on breath and movement. Hes very attentive to offering corrections so that everyone gets the true benefit of the move. The faster classes, like the Cardio Sculpt and Reformer 2.0 - Aahhmaazing!! The studio is fully equipped with a reformer, springboard, exo chair, bosu ball, mats, hand weights, along with lots of props like the magic circle, blocks, small balls.. etc. I love the variety in the classes. Even if youre new and want to take several level one courses, the instructors add variety to the routines, so its never boring or predictable. Who doesnt love fun surprises?! Experiencing the changes in my own body after starting pilates has been a profound affirmation of the benefitsof pilates. Start it, stick with it. It works!

I like the convenience of buying and scheduling classes online, and its an AMAZING value. San Carlos has a beautiful studio. Equipment is amazing (Im new to the reformer.) Especially love that the classes are broken down into levels so I dont have to feel intimidated as a beginner. Plus: its an EXCELLENT workout. I loved the teacher I had (Susan) for my first class - she talked things through very well without disrupting the flow of the class. She kept me so engaged that the 50 minutes FLEW by. I had so much fun, and almost felt like "that was easy!" until I tried to get out the bed the next day and was sore all over. AMAZING!!! So glad I found you.

As a first timer, loved the class, the pricing options and times. The instructor, Susan is very good and patient for those of us who have no clue. What I especially love about this venue is that it is no frills and not intimidating like a full service gym. As much as I would like to schedule recurring classes, I have a different schedule week to week, I am able to customize days and times to attend, to commit to going at least twice a week.This is just what I have been wanting.

I love this studio. It is very clean, spacious, and well lit. The equipment is top of the line and newer then any Pilates studio I have ever been to. They have classes all through the day do accommodate any schedule. I really enjoy Demitrius who is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Great place check it out!!

Club Pilates San Carlos sets the barre high! The certified reformer instructors are very friendly, professional and amazing overall. They offer Pilates reformer classes & TRX reformer fusion classes which are my favorite. Tremendous value, I love it!
