Still horrible. Despite the rebranding, the people are still rude. The space limited and the price for membership is a means to gouge the ignorant Amazon employees. 0/10 would not make gains here again. Special edit for the haters: Yes they have improved the floor; this I do agree on. They added a bunch of power racks and bench presses. However, they took away the complementary Yoga classes (these cost more on top of an already absurd monthly membership). THIS is my justification for the 1 star review. There is certain quality to the place but does not justify the cost of the membership. I have no other agenda than to dissuade people from spending so much money here when you can get the same quality of gym elsewhere for less than half the price. I have recently (within the last month) checked out the gym which look relatively the same, but with some nice improvements and a much much larger monthly rate. Also, when I originally made the review I think I hit the wrong front desk people. The last time I visited this month the front desk person was very nice and welcoming. Even gave me a nice tour. Raising to 2 stars because I do think management has improved things overall. Source: I worked out here when the rates were reasonable and not raised monthly

This is a wonderful gym that is just way too crowded. I joined in Jan 17 after moving nearby. It was extremely crowded but I figured it was due to New Years resolutions and would let up in a few months. Unfortunately that hasnt happened and I actually think if its getting worse. They have 5 squat racks which is awesome but if I come between 5pm-8pm, I usually have to wait quite a while to use one. The other night I went at 8:45pm and still had to wait 30min for a bench. The gym is on the smaller side so when its crowded, it feels like a packed zoo in there. Other than the crowding, its a great gym. Its very clean, well-stocked and organized, has everything I need, great classes, etc. It would be a good option if you work out at off-peak times but if youre an evening exerciser, expect it be packed.

Flow Fitness is a great place to work out. While you may get the impression that its just a Zumba studio, Flow Fitness is so much more. Zumba is just one of many fitness formats offered at Flow Fitness, along with U-Jam, turbo kickboxing, Rio, dancehall, toning, and boot camp. Each instructor has their own style of teaching and all are extremely encouraging to students in their classes. The most popular classes are with Elka (the owner) on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7 but all of the classes are phenomenal. Any night (or morning) is a great one to work out at Flow Fitness and experience the awesomeness that is Swagnation.
