I havent done yoga in over 10 years. Now, going through some personal stress and after recovering from a recent accident, I thought Id try it again for stress relief. Having paid way too much to take a class here, I showed up on the 4th of July, to a handwritten note that said they were closed, with no notice on their website. I went back to try it again and was treated very disrespectfully at the front desk. With only one restroom stall, I had to wait a good 5-7 minutes and was late to the class. Then the yoga instructor asked if anyone was new, which I was. She continued to point out all of my "flaws" loudly in front of the whole class and talked to me like I was a child throughout the 90 minute class. Standing beside me, like I needed her to instruct only me. I felt like I was a child. I am probably double her age and my body has been through many accidents. If I am not able to "perform" as the instructor, I should not be judged and pointed out to everyone else in the class. I was absolutely humiliated and almost in tears. All I wanted was some stress relief and I left there more upset than I was going in. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you are a yoga instructor looking for a yoga boot camp and enjoy being treated like youre incompetent.

This is a great studio. Ive noticed that all types of people come here. From advanced yogis, to beginners. The instructors do a great job at catering to whatever your level is by showing modifications for poses. If youre new to yoga and want to give it a try, or if youre advanced, this is the studio for you. I also like that they have different temperatures for classes. If you dont like hot yoga, you can try a more mild class. I would personally do Yin for my first class.

This place is the best yoga studio Ive been to in my life. Clean, approachable, staffed with a plethora of talented and open-minded instructors, this place is fantastic. From beginner to master yogi, this place has something for everyone. Oh and it is hot as hell too. In, uhhh, a good kind of way;) I love this place so much I drive there all the way from Olympia! One class, and youll know the difference. This place is wonderful. Namaste.

The instructors are really good and th3 main areas are nice and clean. My biggest issue is how hot the classes are. I have found that their classes are hotter than I like. Also wish they had more beginner or easier paced classes. I like a work out sometimes but other times I want to be able to have yoga be something that is soothing and relaxing.

Every time Ive gone, Ive had a horrible experience. I kept thinking I would give it another chance. Ive had a number of different instructors and none of the classes have been worth the price or my time. The instructors are rude, unless you are a master yogi, they belittle you in front of the whole class.
