I signed up for my membership a year ago and wanted to cancel after my year was up. I went in 2 weeks after my anniversary date to give 30 days notice and was told that the automatic renewal they have in place is not month to month, but instead it auto renews for ANOTHER FULL YEAR! This is not clear in the contract and they would not let me cancel. So now I have to pay another 11 months before I can cancel. I hope my $72/month is worth it to them for all of the negative publicity I will be spreading about their unfair policy. I have never belonged to a gym where you could only cancel your membership one time per year.

I dont recommend swim lessons for children here. You need to beg them for a lesson and wait almost a month for the Swim Manager to return your call, very bad service.
