Dont think twice, if you have computer issues of any kind, Ron at Freelance Tech Support is your man. Ron has an amazing wealth of knowledge and experience with both Mac and PC troubleshooting and general repair. He can handle hardware or software issues quickly and effectively. He can figure out whats wrong with your system and will recommend the most appropriate solutions. Not only is he super talented and experienced, hes trustworthy and kind (gee - maybe he was a boyscout?!) Seriously, you can trust him with your system, and trust that he will be honest in evaluation and recommendation. Ive known Ron professionally for over 15 years, and he has consistently been efficient, honest, knowledgeable and a pure pleasure to work with. My highest recommendation.

I used Ron recently to solve a very nasty virus on my PC. Normally, I do all my own IT work, but I ran into a problem that was beyond my expertise. Ron tackled this issue with the gusto of a treasure hunter! He did not give up and ultimately identified the issue to a CMOS chip that had to be re-set - not your typical virus fix. My computer now runs as good as new. I agree with Jeanette below, Ron is very knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced. Hes a real find!

Ron is terrific and professional. Dropped my computer off on a Saturday morning (no appt) and by Tuesday I was back in business (this job was non rush). He cleaned up malware, cookies and all gremlins slowing it down, and recommended a better virus scan ( installing a short subscription). I would definitely call Ron again and loved the personal service (no crowds, voice mails or waiting in line). Pricing was as quoted-no surprises. Cant thank him enough!
