This store has good rating but dont be fooled if you are really having "real" technical issues with your phone that includes having to check the main board of your phone because they can only fix LCD issues by simply replacing them! So here is my story... I went to this store with a very big hope to have the audio issue of my Galaxy S3 GT-I9300 fixed because Samsung US does not accept the warranty I had on this phone that I bought in the Philippines. I was given an initial amount of $85 and will take 3-4 days to fix the issue. on the 3rd day, I called for updates and I was told that it was still being worked on. I called on the following day, they said it cannot be fixed and that the problem is believed to be the board as it is not sending the proper audio/radio signals and that some components cant be opened but the audio does work if I press the back side right between the camera and LED flash. I asked how much it would cost for the main board. I was quoted $250 and would take time so I decided not to go and asked if I could speak to the technician who worked on it and they wouldnt let me speak to him/them. I then said I will just take it back. Good thing they did not let me pay for it so I got my phone and its missing one screw! I complained and the tech took off the screw from the bottom and screwed it on the hole that was missing one so I was like, WTF! so I returned it and it now has complete screws but I just noticed that they placed a different one on the bottom!!! I just really hate what happened to me and hope it wont happen to you. Looks to me like they can only fix iPhones but not other brands. Fast Repair, why would you claim something that you cannot really fix in the first place! You could have at least gave me more options and better info of what the problem is or does your tech even know how to diagnose the problem with my S3? I did not even received a good customer service!

Dealing with Abraham and Mark here was one of the best customer service experiences Ive had in recent memory. My wifes LG G3 screen and digitizer were broken after she dropped her phone, and LG bungled the repair process and returned us the same unfixed phone, so I googled a nearby repair service and we ended up here. Not only did they stay open later to receive parts and return the phone to her same-day, it cost a bit less than the LG quote we received. Phone is back in working order, just as the day we bought it. On top of that, the technician accidentally left a test SD card in the phone when it was returned, so we received a call that they would need to find a place to meet to pick it back up. Abraham called me on his way over and asked me if I was hungry, and picked me up lunch for the extra trouble. It actually kinda made my day. Will definitely recommend to my coworkers and friends, and will return to have some more personal electronics repaired as well. A+!

Abraham was Fantastic, I had lost my Samsung S5 Earlier this Saturday, and found it with a completely cracked screen. He told me that his tech wouldnt be in until 12 PM that day, I arrived about 12:30, and he took the phone in and said he would call me the following day to pick it up. He quoted me a fair price. About 1 and a half hours later he called me back to inform me that the phone was done and everything else had checked out just fine. The pricing seemed to be in line with the other shops/offices I called The phone is working just fine and for now the LCD screen has a 90 day warranty too. I dont know how hard these are to work on, but the service here was top notch, Will come back whenever I have electronic problems. I wish most businesses ran this smoothly!!!

I went there with my 3gs that randomly shut down, after reading through some threads online I figured it should be the battery. They checked my phone quickly and it seemed to be fine (ok, it is hard to track a random error), when I asked them to change the battery anyway they asked to hold it for a day to check what is really wrong. Next day they came to the conclusion that the battery was fine and it was an unproper unlock. 3 days and 65 $ Iater had the phone back with the same error as before. I called and they changed the battery for free (within 25 mins), works like a charm now. -1 star because their initial diagnosis was wrong, the unlock took them a little long and 65 $ for a new battery is still a little steep :) All in all recommendable, very helpful guys.

It took 12 drops of my iPhone, but I finally succeeded in cracking the screen. Apple wanted $200 to fix it or $250 for a refurb iPhone 3GS, so I kept looking... a friend recommended a place in Kansas where Id have to overnight the phone, but I wanted something faster, and found fastrepair (and the reviews posted here). They were amazing - it took longer to drive to San Mateo from my house, than it did for them to fix it (14 minutes). Plus their rates were less than the Kansas place, too - even after you include CA sales tax on the screen! Note that their web site had a coupon for iPhone repair - be sure to mention that to them so you get the cheap rate!

Im the skeptic of all skeptics but as all the reviews indicate this is the guy to bring your phone to. Came down from Marin county as I had been going to San Mateo, all the reviews had be positive and after making my appointment, 15 min later Im leaving with my new I4 battery that never lasted more than a day and so far it has not discharged and its two days and much use. Thanks Aaron and Yelp. Great sandwich place on Ocean next to mama mia pizza too.

My iPhones screen was completely shattered. I took it into the San Mateo shop and it was fixed and looking new in about 15 minutes. The gentleman running the store was very nice and did a great job. I mentioned that I found the store on google and was given a discount, gotta love that! Ill be going back if I ever drop my phone again =)

Ive dropped my iphone in water three times and each time they were able to fix it quickly. Ive been going here for years now and they have fixed the broken lcd and glass screens on my iphone and my husbands. I have sent several friends and they have been very happy. nobody else can fix what they can for the money and as quick.

I went to the store today to fix my blackberry trackball. They were fantastic. said it would take 60 mins and they would call me with progress. It took 30 and they called me with progress. I was worried i would have to go to SF, but these guys are great and seem to really care. Highly recommend
