Went into get my mother board replaced, they told me my software is too old, windows xp. And they dont work on old software. I know some jobs have xp on their work computers. Horrible experience, only go here for Black Friday sales. Get cheap products that are over priced made in China on a deal. Take my advise. Have a great day!

In short, they commit the cardinal sin of over-promising & underdelivering but then to add salt to the wound, charge you almost twice as much as everyone else. Save your time & your system-go elsewhere. I gave it one star because they pick up the phone.

Absolutely hate the geek squad service at this location. The wait is extremely long and Ive always had to come back more than once to be serviced.
