I was in a pinch and forced like most to find somebody last minute to fix my computer and get me back up and running ASAP. I called a couple of different places, nerds on call being one of them and only nerds on call and Bo called me back. Nerds on call started off with an outrageous quote, so I was pretty quick to decide not to use their services based off of the initial quote. My mouse works computer repair called me back as soon as he got the message early in the morning and arranged to come pick up my tower and gave me a quote that was easily $30 less than nerds on call. Unfortunately my problem required more work so my initial quote quickly went up an additional $90 but with that I did get an 500 gig external hard drive. I knew my rig was hosed and would require the OS to be reloaded. He was able to backup all of my important information restored my computer and loaded the OS back onto the computer in a much better format. All of my important files were securely transferred onto the 500 gig hard drive and I basically only lost my applications which were easy enough to reinstall just time consuming LOL. He would have done that for me too but I opted to do it myself. Top-notch customer service very nice guy to deal with. Hard to trust somebody on the fly with all of your personal and important information. He got the job done in one day and Im sure it would have taken Frys or nerds on call or Geek Squad easily a couple of days if not several days to do what he did in several hours. If you need your computer fixed this is the man to call! Im going to be building a gaming tower and if I have questions or need help I know who Im going to be calling!

My husband recently had service here and this is his review: I cannot believe the horrible service I got here. I gave them my computer asking for a diagnostic service for $100. Two weeks went by with no interaction with me. No one was at the shop as I visited multiple times a day, every day. Beau did not answer his phone for those two weeks, and when he finally did call he claimed that his "employee" was supposed to be fixing my computer and contacting me but didnt. This was the first time he asked for my computer information to log in (two weeks after I gave it to him). Another week went by, after me calling him multiple times and visiting his shop (with no one there) I decided I was done with Beau and his lies, and told the medical center he works out of that I want in to his office and I want me computer back. I had also text beau and told him this the day prior, but again no response. Beau text me back the next day and said that he was not giving me my money back. I still have not received my money. I would avoid this place like the plague because Beau thinks his DJ career is more important his customers. Do not give him your computer.

Found this place on Google!!! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who needs computers or laptops repaired. My laptop took a few weeks of repair, but I was contacted every week when a new part arrived and was installed, that way I knew what progress was being made. He is very friendly and doesnt mind explaining why each part is not working and what it does for the laptop. I like how he absolutely makes sure that the job is done right! Excellent service!!!

I am impressed with the skills and ability to find parts that gave me confidence in leaving my computer and sensitive information contained in my computer in the hands of anyone besides family members. His charges were very reasonable especially since he solved some difficult problem that only a skilled technician could have understood. I did not have to scrap my computer, as was suggested by some big box teck centers!!

Beau performed an upgrade for me. New motherboard, CPU, Windows 8.1, fan support and more. My tower became a raging beast. Beau hunted down all the bugs. Now I have a dependable beast. My CPU upgrade went from amd fx 4100 3.8 hrz to amd fx 9590 5hrz. Beau wont let a machine out of his shop that is not performing as it should. Also, he gave great council on which items were best for my budget, and usage.
