This was not a pleasant experience and if they had even tried to do the work that I requested I would not be writing this. First, I want to advise of the significant issue. Our laptop had issues with starting up slowly, occasionally needing to restart and sometimes not even opening a window tab. We brought in the lap top advising of these issues. There was a malware program installed and that was it. Something I could have done at home and saved $100.00. After receiving a thank you card for our business we called to advise that we were still having the same issues and nothing was really resolved from installing a malware program. The representative told us we could bring in the laptop again but there would be another charge. I was advised my laptop would be ready by Saturday, on Monday I called and was told I would get a call back about the status. Then later on Monday and Tuesday I started to receiving phone calls it was ready. I asked the charges but could not get any answer. I was told each time that I would have to speak to another person that wasnt there who would be responsible for giving me my laptop. By the time I had spoken to the 4th person I finally stated that my laptop wasnt ready because if I came in to pick it up now I would not be able to leave with my laptop due the fact there was no one there for me to pay for the charges and release my laptop back to me. I was given a excuse and after asking when I could come in to pick up the laptop I was given the time frame that I could come in the following day. I let this go thinking that they may not be communicating well in the office or good at customer service, but as long as they fixed the computer issues they were doing the job I came to them to do and there would be no problems. Unfortunately, there were problems. Upon picking up the laptop I attempted to ask about the issues found with my laptop and how they were resolved. After waiting for someone to come speak to me I was advised because of the need for a malware program to protect against virus, viscous software, and spyware. I tried to go into detail about how installing this malware would fix all the issues that I had with my laptop but was advised that this was the problem and to come back as there was a warranty for their work. I was already disappointed at this point because there was no type of notes of anything; I was expected to just give away $100.00 +tax without any information on work that was done with our laptop. Their warranty is only for 10 days. They did not resolve any issues. We paid $100.00 to have a FREE Malware program installed on our laptop that I was advised I could easily do at home with my desktop. Not only was it a waste of money but it was a frustrating experience dealing with people that didnt really know whats going. The "Thank you" card was a slap in the face because they did not do anything but had the audacity to solicit for more business from us. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE

My Farmers company laptop was grossly infected with viruses (over 30 Chris said) and it attacked my browser and prevented me in doing any company business. Chris and Geeks lived up to their 4 hour diagnosis guarantee, and their 2-day for most repairs proposal. It was done quicker than promised. I got the call back to pickup the completed repair the next day, it was just overnight. Terrific. Chris also de-briefed me on the pickup to remind, teach me ways to prevent virus infections into the future. I was very happy and satisfied, Quick, direct, effective, problem solved and nice touches of excellent customer service. Fee was less than 3 figures, too. Chris even installed Spybot and Malware-Byte complimentary to further protect my laptop, beyond the call. Definitely will enthusiastic in my word of mouth testimony and referrals to them. Thank You.

I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND GEEKS@SITE !!!!!! I am so thrilled!! If i could give more stars I would!! They saved the day!! no scratch that they Saved the Year!! I cant rave enough about how wonderful everyone there treated me! I was having a full meltdown in their office over my Lap Top. They comforted me and really listened to all my concerns. They took my Lap Top and worked their VooDoo on it and was able to save my delicate documents and photos and much more! I have never been treated with so much kindness and respect from an IT shop before. They never once made me feel dumb for not knowing about computers. You guys are so honest and professional! We were having problems with our computers being slow and every time I went online I would get so many pop up ads it was difficult to get the information. In addition, we would get on the internet and then it would freeze. Also, I have a rather old laptop and needed to get it updated and running more efficiently. I am always grateful at the end of a "fix" session. I do not enjoy computer problems or challenges so I am happy to have someone to reach out to who "gets it". I love that I can remote in and not delay my issue nor find a store to help. Chris, has always been able to assist with. and fix, any problem. Although, for me the experience is not always enjoyable (I just want my computer to work!), the final product does not disappoint.
