We are so grateful for Jonathans knowledge that helped save our vacation and pets pictures before getting my phone out of recovery mode. I wish we would have come across Jonathans talent first to save time, but because half a dozen others were unable to solve the problem, we appreciated Jonathans talent and skills even more. Hes not just super knowledgeable but also friendly and easy-going too. Prior to getting lucky at this Los Altos/Cupertino ClickAway Verizon branch, we had gone to all 3 of the areas Apples so-called genius bars where the employees either dont care to help - and therefore suggested a ridiculous place that wanted to charge an arm and a leg "if" they could fix my phone - or are poorly trained in customer service and were therefore mostly useless except for the one at Valley Fair who tried to help but couldnt and the one who was kind enough to suggest ClickAway to us.) We also went to AT&T where we have service, and while the guy was nice, didnt know how to resolve the issue; nor did another third party person my niece had gone to regularly to get her iPhone revived. We called the ClickAway on ElCamino just south of Palo Alto but they wanted up to $200, more than what my phones worth so we didnt go to them. It was a very frustrating that no one seemed to know how to bring my crashed phone back to life while saving our photos...until we got lucky in finding Jonathan. Thats why we truly believe Jonathan has the BEST talent and skills in the SF peninsula/SouthBay. Save yourself time and $, call Jonathan at this ClickAway branch first. We cant thank Jonathan enough for giving us back our memories. Truly grateful really.

I was at this property because my iPhone was having issues and because theyre listed on the Apple website for iPhones repair. Although, Im ATT customer, I do recommend this store. Staff is very friendly, my phone was ready the same day. The most important of the experience is the customer service an the friendly staff. I will definitely comeback to this store!

I broke my iPhone again while I was in San Jose visiting my Grandpa. My uncle said this was the place to go. He was so right. I had my phone fixed while I waited and it was way cheaper then the place back home. They also got me a way better screen protector. Mark and Wilber were great! If Im in the area for my next upgrade, I know I will go there first.

Excellent customer service. Was having trouble VZ billing error and Justin got us in contact with Vz customer support to clear up problem. Was worth making the trip to this store.
