In the last three days, M.Shade Moon of Twilight Laptop Repairs refers to himself as a Master Technician. That is an understatement as this man is a Guru and a Wizard as he turned a mitigating software issue into a positive pro-active approach opportunity to tell me how to get my LapTop working at optimum performance by buying a special hard drive and advised me of other procedures. Thank you Shade as I am a customer of yours for life as my Go To person for any advice regarding my computer needs. It took me three years to find someone of his caliber who is basically located within walking distance of where I live. How convenient!

Came in because my computer was very sluggish. He ran malware bytes and which found a lot. And it was still running slow, he saw that my temps were pretty high as well so he re applied thermal paste to my CPU. He tested it for an hour or so on LOL and it was fine. He sent it back to me and after a couple of days it started slowing down again so I took it back. And without charging me he ended up doing a clean reinstall. He wasnt able to save Microsoft Word 2000 so he installed 2007 all of my programs were right where they needed to be and. Its been running like a champ for the last 3 years no problems.

Cannot recommend this shop highly enough. Have had various laptops worked on (Windows and Mac) and have been pleased with the results every time. Had a gaming pc built with which I am completely happy. The service is always friendly and polite. Excellent value here.

The place is very relaxing, I thought I was walking in to a spa when I first entered. Great if you are a high stress customer. Owner was happy to take a look at my external hard drive which had the "click of death" and give advice with no charge.
