excellent packaging. The only thing is I can see the separation from the lcd and metal casing around it when I close the lid on my laptop. It is very minor but still noticeable to me. I am not sure how the screen manufacturer can fix this but the laptop is already 4+ years old so I doubt they will do any changes to the building of the screens. The screen is absolutely fabulous though. It sure is better than staring at a black dot the size of a quarter on my old one. Thank LaptopScreen, I will do business with you again.

My screen at home messed up and I was worried I had to buy a new laptop. Problem was that this laptop was only 6 months old. I found Laptop Screen Inc. online and thankfully they had a new screen. I ordered the screen which was priced nicely, and it shipped out very fast. The screen arrived to me within about 5 days. It was an easy install and my computer is back to normal. These people are great, I had zero issues in any step of the process and if I ever need a screen again I will certainly order from them again!

Great experience! My mother dropped her laptop and cracked the screen. The laptop still worked perfectly when hooked up to a monitor but she bought a new one anyway and gave me the damaged one. My IT guy suggested this website. I received the screen (very well packaged) three days later. For a little over $70 I have a brand new, fully functional laptop with a beautiful screen. I will definitely use this website as a resource in the future.

When Dell told me a new screen would cost $170, for a computer I only paid $250 for, I knew I had to find another option. Luckily I found LaptopScreen Inc online and they had the exact Dell Model #. I ordered the screen and my husband took off the old one, popped in the new one (which was under $40) and the laptop is back to new! Thanks so much. Shipping was quick and very reasonable. They had the screen I needed to replace. It came FAST and was well protected, also bought a tool kit with the screen to make sure it could be properly replaced. Everything matched the old one and it looks great, I did not expect it to ship so fast after ordering it as well as them carrying my laptop screen for an expensive gaming laptop.

Fast delivery and the installation instructions on their site made it easy to install. The 40 pin connector was a little difficult for a 69 year old with poor eye-site and arthritic hands but I got it done. I highly recommend Laptop Screen Inc for your broken laptop screens.

great service on delivery. installed and working. using it to do this report. My PC was injured in a car crash. The Screen was broken. The screen compartment where the bezel is was bent. had to straighten the metal before reinstalling the new screen. All good so far.
