Sorry but you are most certainly talking about a different store. In any case, it is probable that you may have an extra 21st chromosome. I would go check this out with a local geneticist. Computers Plus has done nothing but given me outstanding service on both of my CPUs that I have brought in for repair. They told me what exactly was wrong and what can be done to fix it. Everytime I called I was treated professional courtesy and given updates as to how my computer repair was going. Not once did I encounter any bawdy behavior from anyone fixing my CPU. Also xevil_kitty, I would check the family relations between your mother/father (ie. 99.8% or greater genome sequence homology), that could explain some of the issues you are presently dealing with. Have been a customer of this store since 2001, when I had them build my first custom computer. It still runs great and Ive had them build two more since. Parts do get worn out, so Ive had them do repairs for me, as well as upgrades, and have never been disappointed. As Dahlia said, they can always tell me what is going on with my computer if I call to ask, and they let me know promptly when the work is done. Ive referred others to them, and those people have also been well satisfied. I consider them a very trustworthy shop.

They dont always have what I want or need at the moment, and they sometimes dont even have the answer to my "question of the day." But... they have never lied to me; then have never over-charged me; and when they DONT know something, they say so. Ive never used them for service, so I cannot comment on that, but everything Ive experienced there has been a perfect example of honest folks doing their honest best to help the customer. I would have ABSOLUTELY no problem going back to them.

This place has the worst customer service and return policy. Im a combat vet who tooks some hard earned money and bought a gaming system. After returning it twice for blue screens, I finally had enough and asked for my money back. I was told they would not refund my money. Small Claims here I come. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Awesome service! Im an A+ Tech and new my power supply was dead. I called down and got a 750w Thermaltake. Molex setup makes for a non-cluttered computer. Awesome people, easy sale. A+ I highly recommend from my experience. Keep up the good work guys!
