I brought my phone here once August 2015 the guy did a great job, no complaints, everything was fine. I recommended to everyone & when I had another problem July 2016 I came back. This time it is a different guy. We need the screen fix for my phone & my husbsnd phone. He fixes the screen BUT my phone, they must have not put the screen on quite right because the main button is STUCK under the screen, I can not push it & it just goes off all the time by itself, making my phone pretty much unusable because that button is used for everything, and also the screen is like phantom like it thinks Im touching it when Im not. My husbands phone, when we get it back from them it is on safe mode. We try to take it off safe mode and it will not come off. We try everything and comofix even says they will take my husbands phone off safe mode & fix the button on my phone. So we take the phones back in, when I pick them up my button is still stuck under the screen & my husbands phone is still on safe mode! So we paid this man over $300 and he broke both of our phone. My husband and I had to go get new phones because they could not fix the issues they caused. I tried multiple times to go back in and speak to the owner. I thought the man who fixed my phone last year was the owner but apparently the man who broke our phones this year is the owner. He refused to give us a refund and obviously isnt capable of fixing the issues he caused. I thought this was a great place but I will NEVER go here again, I talked to the owner Jay on the phone at least 6 different times and each time he seems like he does not care at all even though he says he does.

Excellent work. After searching through the web for a while I found Comofix, because the place I used to go found to be business closed. Anyway, I took my PC to Comofix because I wasnt able to access any of my files and whole computer was so laggy that I couldnt do any work at all. I use my computer for business and it was very critical I have my computer fully functional all time. I explained my situation to Jai tech/sales/operator at Comofix and he offered me the priority service for just extra $45 which for me was worth it. In an hour he gave me the diagnostics details: Hard drive was failing which didnt surprise me. Price was very very reasonable even with priority service it was way below what I used to pay at computersonics (another place). Repair was completed within the estimated time frame. I went back to pick up my computer which I needed so badly. My computer was running like tuned machine. All my data was there and they were now fully accessible. Jai mentioned a little issue he was having was not able to activate my office 2011. He thought the office was linked to my microsoft account but it wasnt. He called microsoft and resolved the issue right away. Honest hardworking fast efficient local convenient and affordable I have only good things to say about this business

I couldnt give a zero star rating. I wouldve if I couldve. I took my desktop to these people BECAUSE they had such a high Google rating. It was one of the biggest mistakes I almost made. They had my computer for a MONTH. It is a large gaming machine, and was about 5 years old when the power supply and mother board went out. Needless to say, finding a replacement motherboard is definitely a challenge. However, the absolute lack of contact, and absolute ineptness at properly troubleshooting the system was mind boggling. For the price they quoted me to replace the power supply and mother board, I got a whole new Motherboard, 32 Gigs RAM, and a new 6 core I7 processor. Yeah. So ONLY take your stuff here if you have a ton of extra money, because they are ridiculously expensive. Ridiculously. And inept at regular things like troubleshooting. Plus, when I went to get the machine, they jammed three pins when they reassembled the unit. Luckily, I was replacing the items, but super lame.

I had a broken phone that is Iphone 6 regular and wanna fix. I looked around repair store. First i have been to Mall and asked the price, $140 is too pricey for me. And just gave a one call to ComoFix they told me only $100, the way cheaper than Mall. They fix my phone within 20 minutes. And I doubt it why its cheap and I ask Is it a good quality product? He told me that the product is exactly same what the Mall repair store carry. Its cheaper here because of the store rant. In this store they have carrying watch repair service at the same time but i already got watch battery in Mall after i paying $29.95. but here the same battery cost only $15. From that day I came to know its not good idea to go to Mall to fix watch and cellphone. Its expensive I wrote this review after 6 months later after i made sure whether his product is good. No doubt it works excellent. To save your time and money just go to this store. Its my humble recommendation. Thank you.

I did some research on finding place where i can take my imac with booting issue to get it fixed and comofix came up on the search with various other shops. I decided to give it a try. I called in and made an appointment. it was very convenient these guys open 7 days a week. Obviously, I set it for Saturday for 11AM. Got there on time, there were 3 people on the line but they checked me in with no problem. I was told there will be diagnostic fees which I think was very reasonable. Finished quick drop off paper work and left store. I was given a estimated time 1 day to finish diagnostics and determine the estimates but with in an hour, I got call from comofix. He told me it was just the Hard drive issue and will cost $150 and it will be done the same day. Not bad at all, I request them to proceed with repair. You what in next 3 hours, my computer was ready. Picked up the same day and it works beautifully.

I always build my own custom computers for me and my family. I treat and tweak my computers the way a car nut treats his cars. In over 20 years of building my own computers, only once ever did one (my wifes) break down to where i couldnt find the problem, their diagnostics were top notch Comofix found it. These guys know their way around hardware. My pride in my computer builds insisted that I do the actual repair though, but the price they quoted me to do the repair was, total, about $120 more than the cost of parts... which, to be honest, for a computer pros time, is a good deal, and I was half tempted to take up that offer despite being able to do the actual work myself. Good place. Did notice their communication though. You got to call to get updates, they wont call until theyre 100% certain they know whats up, even if it takes longer than their time estimate.

My iPhone 6 screen was completely cracked. There was no display at all. Took it to comofix and they fixed my iPhone 6 screen in 10 minutes. I am not kidding. When I was told it will take 15 minutes to fix my phone, I almost place bet on it. Comofix Repair tech finished the iPhone screen repair in 10 minutes while I was talking with other representive at the counter and filling the paper work at the same time. By the time paper work was completed I got the complete working phone back on to my hand. It looks new. works perfectly fine like new phone. I am very happy with the service and amazed by their speed of their work.
