Have been here a couple of times, first time my computer had a virus, he fixed it right away, I got my computer back super fast and after I got it back it seemed to run even faster then before it had the virus, then went back again when I couldnt connect to anywireless networks, took it in, he called me quickly after I left it for him to look after he said it needed a new wireless card, had it fixed right away and great prices, I even was telling him about how my car was stolen and I got it back but, the people had cut the alarm and the alarm didnt work anymore, he said let me take a look, so he looked at my car alarm for a min messed around with some wires and said its fixed AMAZING!! Now my alarms works great again and it took him 30 seconds he is the MacGyver of all trades!! Thanks for all the help.

I had a problem with my laptop not booting up. I talked to another nearby computer repair shop in Auburn and they said it would be $60 to just look at it and figure out what was wrong and could maybe look at it in 3 days. I then called David, the owner of CC and he said he could take it that day and probably get it back to me within a day. He was true to his word and had my laptop working better than ever. He also saved all my hard drive files before reimaging and placed them all back on after correcting the issue, which was a corrupted windows boot up program. Total bill was $120. Super customer service and communicating the problem with options for fixing. Got it back within 24 hours and on a Saturday.

David and his assistant have been extremely helpful in repairing my numerous computer problems and leading me to making better choices regarding future computer investments. Fabulous service! I have had both my desktop and laptop serviced at Computer Connection and have been VERY happy with the service and results. I took my computer to David and had a great experience. Hes a personable guy who communicates well, not over your head but not condescending either. Not there for drop off when he said he would be. Not there for pickup when he said he would be. And to top it off, I still have the same problem with my computer after having paid for him to fix it. Normally I would take it back to the same store but this place is to frustrating.
