Took my computer to Staples for a simple repair. I battled them for 7 months and over $1,000.00. They kept saying problems were of my doing. Unhappy with Staples, I took my computer to Tony at Sonoma Valley Tech. In less than 24 hours he contacted me and I picked up my computer immediately. IN PERFECT CONDITION!! Sonoma Valley Tech is very knowledgable, professional, polite and reasonably priced. This was in Dec of 2014. As of this date, Aug 2015, I have had NOT ONE GLITCH with my computer. Tony, "Thank you". You are the bomb when it comes to computer repair. I will recommend your services to anyone that has computer problems. Keep up the good (GREAT) work! I hope you remain in Sonoma!!
