Bill is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He came to our rescue with an in-home visit and diagnosis and was able to fix a very complex, difficult to fix problem and save our computer in time for Christmas! When all else failed, he picked up our computer and took it to his elf shop returning it with full set up and install on Christmas Eve - proving that he is indeed, the Christmas Elf!! Thank you Bill for doing something I dont get to see very often - providing great customer service and confidence! You dont know how much you count on your computer until it goes down. Bill said our computer would run like a brand new one, and he was right about that. He even installed new anti virus and spyware programs and cleaned all the dust bunnies out to keep us in good shape for 2013. Happy New Year - thanks, Bill
