Im surprised there isnt a long list of remarks here with loads of 5-star reviews. I ran into a simple OS issue with my parents machine that Ive remedied on all previous machines Ive worked on before -- could not fix this one (first time Ive dealt w/ an ailing Vista machine, and no Vista itself was not the problem I went into Lincoln about). Upon asking the owner to help point me in the right direction, he took a look at the machine himself and fixed it on the spot -- and wouldnt take pay for the help. Old fashioned service -- THANK YOU!!! I have found my new favorite shop for soft & hardware supply, and when I cant fix it ... service.
