Norm is the MAN!! I was on the verge of throwing away my laptop.....and then I called Norm. He had it working cleaner, faster and believe it or not, easier than when I first got it. I am not savvy about anything computer related, Norm graciously dumbed it down for me and helped me understand what I can (and cant) do to keep my laptop running smooth and infection free, (at least less infectious). I dont know if hed want me to say this, but Im going to anyway: after I had my computer home for a day, I became frustrated and confused at how efficient my computer had become. Finally, setting pride aside, I called Norm and explained my frustrations. Norm told me to calm down and hell come make a house-call at no charge and see whats going on.....and he did just that!!! Ive heard things like that happened from stories my Grandparents used to tell me......and I always thought them just that until I experienced Norms commitment to his service!! Thank you sooo much Norm, you da MAN!!!!

Sign out front says open at 9:00. Sign in the box is open at 10:30 came by to talk to norm. I gave him an antiquated computer 5 months ago and he was going to build me a new one left my name and number taped to the one he would rebuild... said it would be done in three to four weeks. I left voice mail two months ago because he has never called me. NOT A GOOD WAY TO EARN MY BUSINESS.

I am so glad I called around and found this place! This guy probably saved me a ton of money to have my computer repaired when all it really needed was a little extra TLC. Sure, his shop is messy, but he knows where everything is, and he knows how to treat his customers, and that is the important thing these days. Thanks Norm!

II accidentally backed over my laptop with my fire truck. The next day I took it in to Norm. He had it up and running in about 3 hours. OK, maybe Ive exaggerated just a bit, but Norm is a straight shooting guy who quickly fixes what he says he will for the price he quotes you. Great place to do business.

Thanks Norm for the great prices and fast service. His shop is messy but he knows where everything is and tells you how it is. I would recomend him to anyone.
