Where does one begin to discuss the crappy repair job and dysfunctional customer service (or rather lack there of) that was my experience with this shop? (DEC 23, 2010 to Jan 3, 2011) A two hour I-Phone cracked screen replacement,should have been EASY! But it turned in to a screen and touch pad replacement. Odd? Then turned into 11 days of me calling to see if it was ready. I got no return calls, no information, when i did finally get him on the phone he told me the phone was ready but i needed to come get it "tomorrow" because he had to leave.. every day for a week he left earlyt. Every day when id call to say I was coming to pick it up hed say oh im going to be out.. come tomorrow. tomorrow is all hed say. Everyday an excuse as to why they wouldnt be in when I was avail to come pick up the phone. After 11 days it turned into me lurking the building waiting for someone to show up so I could get my property back. Finally 11 days of calling and waiting and lurking... I got my phone. As i stood there waiting for him to get it from the back shelf I watched the tech drop it on to the floor. It fell into several pieces because he hadnt put it together properly or replaced the screws that hold all the pieces together, he then rushed to put it together so he could quickly give it to me and get me out of his store. He took my payment for the repair without testing the phone for damage from the fall. When i mentioned that the phone didnt seem right, he lied and said he tested it.. REALLY? I watched everything he did... he didnt test it at all. And if he had he should have noticed the touch screen didnt work (mind you it did when i brought the phone in) At the time of pick up the phone battery was totally dead, so I had to trust it would be fine.... IT WAS NOT FINE! When I got it home and plugged it in I found the touch pad didnt work at all and the lcd screen was now broken as well. Mind you I both of those things were fine when I dropped my I-Phone off for a screen replacement job. At that point I was forced to take the phone to a real repair shop and have them fix it. They told me the repair done at Quicklight was done using the wrong replacement parts which is why my touch pad didnt work. I have a 3GS.. the parts were for a 3G. On top of that the showed me my now cracked lcd, which they felt was most likely broke when the phone was dropped by the tech, as it is a very rare and difficult part to break... I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO TAKE SOMETHING TO THIS SHOP, NOR WILL I EVER RETURN.. NOT EVEN TO ASK FOR A REFUND... SOME LAME EXCUSE WOULD MOST LIKELY BE ALL ID EVER GET ANYWAY... HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.... NOW WAY.

My experience with Premier Computers has been OUTSTANDING. The owner, Richard Anderson, is a hard working, intelligent and experienced computer guy, who approaches his business with a "can-do" attitude. He is an honest, friendly gentleman who has without fail quickly determined the problem, explained it to me in laymans terms and then rolls his sleeves up and fixes the problem. His fees are highly competitive without the sales pitch to buy this or that when in fact you dont need to do anything further.I would recommend Premier Computers without reservation to both companies and individuals alike in need of assistance with their computers.

He can looks nice in person but the first time he managed my computer he didnt fixed the problem but as he charged me a little amount and he was nice i said ok. Second time i went there agaij (months later) because i was having the same problem becoming bigger he not only had the computer for almost 20 days, not calling me at least one time (i had to go and ask like 3 times and always..."in 3 days will be ready"), but once he gave me my conputer back....the hardware was BROKEN and he said "this is how u bring it here" (a total lie). The complete experience was a nightmare. Dont go there or...just acdept the consequences.

My company has on a number off occasions used Primo to fix our computer issues, more recently I had a FBI virus which kept my UPS shipping computer from functioning and therefore we where not able to ship product out.I called and asked if they could remove it if I bought it in.I was assured that it could be taken care of quickly. I was able to get my UPS shipping computer repaired and back in service before the end of the day. They are very helpful and have a wealth of knowledge . I have recommended them to a number of my business associates who have had computer problems

I have two laptops that my son couldnt remember the passwords for. Richard bypassed the passwords in minutes giving my son access to his laptops again. One laptop also had a broken screen, which Richard had repaired the next day. Richard Anderson is a very knowledgeable, and experienced computer person. I would recommend him to everyone; and will never use anyone else for my computer needs, from now on.

I took my laptop into Premier Computers to fix a software problem that did not allow me to turn the computer on. The owner was very easy to work with. I left my laptop with him and he called me within a couple of hours to tell me it was fixed. He charged $65, which I thought was very reasonable. My laptop now works better than ever.

I brought my 2010 MacBook in here because it was running extremely slow. Richard replaced some components and had it running better than new within a couple hours after dropping off. I would highly recommend using Premier computers
