Tried for a year. I honestly was not terribly impressed. Sorry but Ill be requesting assistance from my family members that are adventitious computer users. Will not be using nor recommending Geek Squad to anyone. (By the way my social circle is rather large.) Geek Squad is heavily over priced. Im a moderate to techy computer user. Youre forced to sign up for a year of service to fix a one time issue. Then youre stuck for a year. If you dont agree to terminate the yearly fee youll get charged again. They are courteous about refunds. I only signed up because I was an out of date computer user. After six months of getting familiar with the jump from Windows Vista to Windows 10.1 I was able to diagnose most problems my self. It was only a matter of figuring out where Windows decided to move things to. Wouldnt really recommend Geek Squad if youre a techy computer user. They do most of what I would have done. Diagnose the problem. Look at your logs to figure out what went wrong. Google the answer. Then fix it using the first 10 search articles. Online assistance is okay. Ive had several issues they couldnt fix and was out of luck. Family members fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Wouldnt recommend if you understand the basics of how to fix a computer.

They use to be great help not not anymore. Gave themselves a facelift and got rid of the people that really could help you. Now I get unpleasant people/person that know less than me. God, made changes to my computer without telling me, and all without ever being pleasant. I had to drive back just to find out that they had changes. Cost me a fortune to make a 5 minute stop. I wont be spending my money here.

The place employees really qualified technicians to fix any kind of appliances. However, the process of ordering right parts and delivering them to your house is a bit convoluted, which results in the room parts being ordered and delivered to you often.
