I booked an appointment for an iPhone screen repair and expected to be able to come in, get my screen fixed, and leave. When I got there, they informed me theyd have to hold my phone for more than 24 hours to get it repaired. When I asked why I wasnt notified before coming in, the guy just shrugged his shoulders. Wasted my time.
