PCI is the sole computer sales and repair business that knows its stock to ground and possesses both the testing wherewithal and the deep experiential knowledge to troubleshoot a CPU quickly. Besides these advantages, PCI builds excellent systems to order (assuming the customer knows what he wants) because the key staff members are up to date on the technical literature that appears constantly. They evaluate new software and hardware with an eye only to the right upgrades and applications that suit the customer. The business also has a sales and service component for gaming enthusiasts, but as I have acquired solely advanced systems customized expressly for me, I cant comment on those. Very smart and knowledgeable staff on all levels. Ive gone there exclusively for well over ten years now. PCI has a conscientious attitude toward customer service which brings me back again and again because of the high level of trust. First-rate!

My wife and I visited the PCI, Chico store on several occasions during our search to buy a new laptop.The Staff was very courteous and friendly.Very helpful and insightful in helping us decide what we really wanted and needed and not just trying to make a quick easy sell or buy something we did not need.We ended up deciding to buy a laptop and another device there because they were so hospitable and helpful. We will be definitely be returning there for future needs and recommend PCI to anyone looking for computers or related needs of any kind, we truly see why they have been voted number one for so long. Shawn, has made visiting there and dealing with the purchases and answering our questions hassle free and enjoyable experience, even when over the phone.Keep up the good work guys.

PCI Computer Services was highly recommended to me and since my computer was “acting up” I decided I would take it to there shop for a “going over.” All of the employees have treated my husband and myself with such respect, kindness, caring and great computer knowledge. My computer had been hit with viruses and was just in a mess when I took it to their shop....they had a job on their hands. One of the employees called my home when my computer was ready to be picked up...that is CONSIDERATION! I am now so pleased with the results and my computer is acting as though it is a new one. I was introduced to PCI Computers by a trusted computer geek friend and have used them several times over the past two years. Most recently, I elected to upgrade my computer rather than follow the pushy advice of the local chain store salesman, who tried to convince me to buy a new computer. At PCI, I got no such pressure and walked out of the store with two large capacity hard drives, a DVD burner, and a great backup program, which Aaron set up for me remotely. All for a fraction of what I would have paid at the chain store. Its therefore hard for me to understand the comments by "unknown" in regard to price. PCI has the best prices and offers the best computer services in Chico. I highly recommend them.

Got on to PCI through a friend. Have not met anyone there who has not been helpful and professional. Gone in with two issues and had them both resolved with a minimum of difficulty - and the thing that will keep me going back is the fact that they are trustworthy. What I mean by that is that they could have charge me a lot of money (I dont have a clue about some of this stuff) for superfulous work and I wouldnt have know the difference. Instead, they explained exactly what the problems were and why I only needed a minimum amount of service. Ill be using these guys for all of my computer related needs. Keep up the good work!!

I have had only excellent service from PCI for about 9 years now I have purchased 3 diffrent systems from PCI all of them run excellent, the computer which I have had serviced by PCI was NOT purchased from PCI and they still managed to keep it running. They are great at communicating exactly what the problem is and what it takes to fix it , they have always shown me every option available before they make the repair which in turn has saved me money. PCI is a great business, they really are the best computer service and sales in Chico!!!!!

Ive been getting my computers and service from these guys for about 8 years, Ive seen them go through a lot of changes and mature into a slammin little local computer store. I logged onto their site recently and saw they had deals that match Best Buy! The best part is their honesty. Theyll pass up selling you some doo-dad if you dont need it just to be straight up and thats really cool in my book. Get the cheapest price on a computer AND support your local store. Theres brain damage if youre not buying from these guys! Keep it up PCI guys!

I have dealt with Aaron at Pci Computer Services for some time now. He is ALWAYS extremely prompt and efficient when I need help. As we all know, our productivity almost stops when our computer is sitting in a shop waiting for someone to take the time to perform diagnostics. Then it takes another day or so for the service to be completed. Aaron and his staff service my system remotely and in most cases it is done in a matter of hours -- not days or weeks. Dont be held hostage by a geek! Try Pci and you will not be waiting a week.

I brought in my 2008 Dell laptop to PCI with little hope. I had received multiple estimates on the repairs before, all exceeding three hundred dollars...because it was entirely broken in half. Upon first glance they told me it wouldnt be a problem, they could either order new hinges, and if that failed, they would make it into a desktop. Two days later I got called to pick up my computer, with original hinges, fixed as new!! It was the most incredible work I have ever seen. At a price that made me ashamed I didnt go here first.

They sold me the wrong video card for my system. After trying to install it and realizing it was wrong, I tried to return it but they would not take it back! They claimed I probably installed it wrong (it was completely the wrong card) and that I needed to deal with the manufacturer to get a replacement. I didnt want a replacement, I wanted my money back, but they refused. Since then, Ive started using another tech who confirmed 100% that they sold me the wrong card. I cant believe these guys are still in business.

Poor to fair? No. Very poor. The poor communication between staff lead to my paying for a graphics card I could not use. During the time that staff were discovering this fact, many staff members either bickered, evaded responsibility for the mistake, or blamed other coworkers. One particularly mouthy fellow eventually blamed me for making the purchase. That is when I had them uninstall the card and I took my money back. That was my last visit to their shop. I should have read the reviews first.
