I dropped my Nexus 6P off on 4/8 and pre-paid $216 (after tax) for a new screen and frame. Guy behind the counter said "We would need to order the part and all orders over the weekend are done Monday. Or normal supplier does not have the part so we had to order it from somewhere else who is a little more expensive. So we should have it done Tuesday/Wednesday". No problem. Wednesday I call to check in I get "We were able to order the parts from our normal supplier however says they shipped the part but we did not receive it. We received parts for another order instead of your order. We are hoping to have this resolved today and the part no later than tomorrow." Friday (4/13) I call, "All our orders went to another address and where left in a field with no signature. We are trying to go through another supplier but we may not be able to get the order in until Monday." Wednesday (4/19) I get a call saying "The part was not ordered Monday like we hopped it was ordered Tuesday. It may be here today or it may be here tomorrow." Thursday (4/20) the phone is [finally] finished. It took 9 business days to get a screen for a Nexus 6P and it cost $216.44. So much for "Same day repairs" or even "Two day repairs in most cases" like their website says. I will not going back. Even if the entire phone would be under their warranty, which it is not. The only "compensation" I got was they eat their cost for labor. Probably made a killing on parts though! They never adjusted the price for ordering from their "cheaper" supplier.

I had my galaxy s6 back glass repaired for $50 and 2 days after i took off my (otter box) case to show a friend that i had it repaired it was cracked already. I called and they didnt give it any thought they just said no they dont cover it. I had to have them do some kind of special order and it came about a week late because someone "forgot to order it". UPDATE: That was the old manager they fired the guy and repaired my phone and gave me 50 dollars in store credit to make amends. UPDATE #2: the case i bought with in store credit has taken almost 2 weeks.. after i finally got ahold of them because they NEVER answer the phone! They put me on hold and cant help me until later today. Update#3: I have shocking news! They never called! I think Ill minus another star!

They go through your personal messages and social media!! I went in the store on Tuesday the 11th to fix a cracked screen and they said it would only take about an hour and that thatd call me when it was done. I waited for two hours and they never called. So I went in for my self and it was done for who knows how long. Then I open my phone and it pops up right to my text messages and not for that days messages they went to my Sundays text messages. Then I go to my camera roll (which I know they take pictures then delete them but they scrolled all the way up to me April pictures (its July!) plus they also for some reason logged out of my Snapchat! They did an okay job of fixing my phone but I didnt appreciate the invasion of privacy!

Excellent service! I went in for a broken charger port on my phone. I was met by Bryon at the counter who was very friendly, I knew I pickled the right place to fix my phone. Byron explained the process and the cost. I left my phone and returned at the time suggested and my phone was fixed at the estimated cost. I highly recommend CPR repair. I am not at all tech savvy, they explained everything in easy to understand terms. The entre staff is awesome.

These guys are awesome. Im a medical professional and have a huge need for a working phone. These guys were nice, fees were reasonable, and they really bent over backwards to take care of me. Phone works perfectly now after getting in water. I cant say enough about these people.

All the staff members i met were very friendly and helpful. The service was very fast and they had the parts for a phone that no other cell phone repair shops had in the area. I will be coming back for all my devices in the future.

Up front price, I went and had lunch and killed an hour at stores near the mall and when back my phone was fixed. They can fix it, I may keep my Samsung S5 forever now!
