GO HERE FOR ALL PC NEEDS!! i am a computer GEEK and i custom built my pc and had it running at incredible rates and kept up with it really well. Ive been able to fix basic problems and replace parts myself, but when the BIOS freaked out on me and i got blue screen i gave just about every computer store in the tacoma area a call (christmas weekend) and that monday noone was open but these guys, so i talked to them over the phone and they seemed very nice and knowledgeable, so i felt confident bringing in my baby for a check up. The whole process of giving them information was real smooth and i was in and out in maybe 5 minutes. They have a FREE in shop diagnosis testing, which is very convenient and their prices are very reasonable, with labor prices maxing out at 100$. within 24 hours i received a phone call from my friends at PC Tech with news that it would be an easy fix and only 50$, a price i was astounded by it was so low. I ran into a problem i couldnt handle and thought i needed a new rig, but nope. PC Tech saved the day! 48 hours and 50$ later i have my beloved PC back and will be bringing it in for any needed upgrades, these guys know what theyre doing. and best of all, theyre local! its a quaint little store, yet there is so much and they have awesome prices for awesome work, and easy to talk on the phone with. An avid gamer with high demands in my PC, ive never been happier. If you use your computer/laptop for work, gaming, school or just regular everyday use, this is the place for you if you have ANY problems. PC Tech has my stamp of approval! Thanks PC Tech!!!!!!!!!

I would not recommend this company. I brought my laptop in because it was not charging. The staff was nice and upfront about the potential problems and costs. When I picked my laptop up the service person said it was faulty soldering from the manufacturer. Well I get my laptop home and the dvd player sucks a disc in but won’t spit it out and is making funny noises; which was not happening before the service. So I call back and let women know what is going on and she immediately says well we did not do that and becomes very defensive. She then tells me I can bring it back in and they will charge me another service fee to figure out the problem. Needless to say the woman was unprofessional and rude. I did not take my laptop back. Less than a year has now passed and my laptop stops charging again. So I take it to a different PC repair shop and the tech tells me the jack failed due to bad soldering. I definitely will not be using their service again.

the people here come off as professional, there not I baught a power supply from here and a guy actually had the nerve to to tell me that "people are actually plugging this into the motherboard." and showed me the 20+4 pin plug i dont know if he was testing me but i just nodded and said "ok" and later on i got a new video card and was in the market for a moniter and looked at the 2 they had and they were both priced way too high and they guy there working didnt even know his own product that was on display he said both moniters were 1920x1080 and they werent one of them was but he wanted wayyy to much for it then when i busted him out he got mad and asked me what i expected at least the angry nerds at last stop told me to go to frys

Ive been going to PC Techs for over 8yrs and have NEVER had a problem. I initially bought a computer from another company who told me I had viruses and kept charging me for software and scans but could never find the problem. When I took my computer to PC Tech, they diagnosed my computer with a hardware problem and it was finally fixed!!! I have continued to go to PC Tech because they are always honest and upfront with me about time frames and costs. I have recommended PC Tech to friends and family and would definitely recommend them to any one else!!!!!!!

Stopped by to hopefully find a charging unit for my Sony laptop. The owner took considerable amount of time looking through his inventory of surplus units and found a perfect match. Sony wanted $105.00 + shipping and tax. Paid $65.00 + tax. Would have given 5 stars had the owner met me half way between $65.00 and my offer of $50.00. All that aside, if you have a PC issue in this area, make this your first stop!

Thank you to the guys who saved our office from burn out. We thought we had some serious virus issues and ...we did. The fellas at PC Tech cleaned up all 8 of our computers in record time, then made sure we installed Norton Antivirus 360. That was several months ago, no more problems. Nice job. No, I dont work for them. But I do work near them. I am so glad that they are close. Every time I have a server or rally any problem they are all over it. Remember when small shops had the best deal and the "Best Buys" worked to take them out. These guys made it. They did it with good work great prices and honest service. I cant say enough good about the place.

Had a great first time experience taking my PC here! I originally had some hardware malfunctions and these guys fixed all those issues with some software bugs with no problem. The man who helped me was very knowledgeable and honest, and I couldnt be happier with the service he had provided!

If you know exactly what you want done pick them. If you dont know STAY AWAY. They charged me 3 hours trying to diagnose the problem and found it was just a bad GPU. It does not take that long to figure that out. You are better off going to someone more professional in my opinion.

Speedy service, always cheaper than buying a new laptop. My toddler loves to find new and inventive ways to destroy our laptops so I end up using this place quite often. Very friendly and honest, if the issue is an easy fix, they dont charge me.

The prices on their parts were fair and they were very knowledgeable. I plan to use this place as my parts place. I havent experienced their repair service but based on my interaction I believe that they would do an excellent job.

These guys and gals have kept my 10 year old laptop working...new keyboard, new screen and have great prices on computers. That also sold me and my wife new computers...which wirk incredibly well..love these guys.
