My laptop was not working, lots of files were corrupted because 1 RAM fried. They took care of it right away, which was really important to me as a student leaving for college in Indiana in a few days. Ryan took care of my computer and kept me informed about what was going on with my computer throughout the process via phone messages. Anthony is correct in that they cut me slack for the hours they charged me for. If you do not understand your computer, they can explain what is going on pretty well and dont talk over your head like many techies love to do. Location: Parking is available, but the street/parking are angled funny so be careful when you back out.

They performed what they promised almost on time and within budget. I would go back again; and, Ive tried about every computer shop in North and Central Marin.
