My experience with Oregon City Computers was fantastic. A computer crash on a Saturday morning cost me all of my work and personal data. I called Geek Squad only to find out after 20 minutes of being on the phone with an agent that they could not help me for at least 2 weeks. A mom and pop alternative down the road wasnt open on weekends and didnt answer their phone. Then I called Oregon City Computers, and Sean Arnold answered on the third ring despite the fact he was out of town camping with his wife. Sean was able to see me Sunday afternoon and go to work immediately. He was very friendly and explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He executed exactly as he said he would, and he recovered all of my data for a very reasonable fee. Without my asking, he also offered to help me out in additional ways that he didnt have to, by configuring my system to be more protected against data loss in the future. Personable, results oriented, and competitively priced, my experience with Sean was very positive. I cannot say enough about how this man saved me from a stressful and dire situation. I highly recommend him and will be going back to him for any future computing needs.

Oregon City Computers (i.e., Sean) is absolutely the BEST service place Ive ever used. I have been using Macs for over 20 years and seldom have needed repairs, but when my 5 yr old MacBook hard drive crashed, I luckily came upon OCCs ad, read the reviews and e-mailed OCC. Sean asked a few questions and I knew he was a Mac specialist by the questions he asked. He said the MacBook needed a new hard drive and so I took it to him. He not only replaced my hard drive in a very short timeframe, he sold me the hard drive (500 Gb) at cost and at a price I never could have found on my own. The service cost was excellent. I have my MacBook back with a new hard drive and all for just over $150.00. In addition to providing the best service Ive ever had, Sean is a great guy -- friendly, great sense of humor, detailed but understandable explanations, honest and fair. What more could you ask?? ... Thanks Sean! You are now the ONLY service guy for my computers. -- Bob B

Very Professional and Hardworking!!! Working with Sean from Oregon City Computers was at the least was a very positive experience for me. Sean worked on my home computer that was on the fritz. I almost lost ten years of photos due to a hardware malfunction. Sean was able to diagnosis the problem quickly and with patience and hard work he was able to recover all of my file to there original state. I appreciated his willingness to keep in close contact, updating me frequently on the process, and took the time to communicate every step in terms that I could understand. Seans dedication and passion shows in his wiliness to do a great job no matter how big or small at a cost that is more than reasonable. Sean was a pleasure to work with and I am lucky to have such a great resource in my community. You will not be disappointed in his work and ability.

I run a small business in Oregon City. We have a number of computers that are not as new as we would like, but they work well for the most part. Last year we were unfortunate enough to get a major virus on our network and it infected all of the computers in the building. We called a number of computer repair companies in town and most were either too busy or wanted ridiculous prices. I should have called Sean first. He came to our office very quickly and did not take forever to remove the viruses. He is an absolute pro at what he does and the prices are very reasonable. Sean was able to remove the viruses and even made our old computers work faster than before. I am very grateful for the service we got from Oregon City Computers. Absolutely first class.

Sean is awesome - fair prices, communicates well, follows up AMAZINGLY. He goes above and beyond to ensure youre happy and have received good service. I spilled beer on my gaming laptop - needed screen repair, cleaning, and some cosmetic work. I have a new screen and works well, the only issue i had was with the manufacturer of the part, which Sean more than helped me through my options and gave good advice. Before this I had pretty strong loyalties to another computer repair place in town but Sean was open on Sunday and got right to work on it - he did a better job with everything. Sean is awesome, he not only removed the malware that was blocking the internet but found several bad sectors on my hard drive that was causing my laptop to run really slow. He backed up my HD and installed a new one the loaded all my stuff back so I didnt lose anything. He then updated my OS which I was unable to do because of the malware. I took it in on a Friday afternoon and he sent me a text on Sunday stating it was ready to be picked up. Who does that? I highly recommend Sean if you need computer repairs. My laptop is running better now than it did when I first got it. Thank You Sean.

I was looking for a someone to fix my computer and I stumbled on Oregon City Computers on the internet. I noticed that every reviewer had given a 5 star rating. That seemed too good to be true, no one can have such a perfect rating and they must all be relatives or friends. But I decided to give him a try. And I am really glad I did. Sean has gone over and above in helping me with all that I needed to have done. And in doing all that, he has saved me a ton of money and aggravation. Sean Arnold did a terrific job updating my old computer and bought and installed a new printer that would work with it. I know very little about computers, but Sean answered all of my questions so clearly and completely that I felt comfortable increasing my computer knowledge. Several weeks after he was here, I had trouble with the scanner and needed it that day. He fixed it right away even though it was into evening hours. I would not hesitate to recommend him as the best person to call with any questions about any computer. He is the best!

Sean is the best!!! My old iMac was fixed, and brought up to date with a new operating system, more memory etc. I now have a well functioning "new" computer for a fraction of what it would have cost to purchase a new computer. Sean answered all my questions, had lots of patience and set everything up perfectly. His service and knowledge are excellent, and my computer had a 24 hour turn around time - PERFECT! Oregon City Computers is the best kept secret in the greater Portland area - great service at reasonable prices!
