Jim and Computers Made EZ have been wonderful! I am a single Mom and a fulltime college student so needless to say I am on a budget and my laptop MUST work all the time, no matter what! My laptop crashed in the middle of the semester. Jim repaired my laptop and designed it to the sepcifications that work perfectly for me as a student and as a person who is not very computer savvy. The few extra days in wait time for UPS shipping was worth it as he quoted me a price far lower than the so called "low price" computer shops in my area. Jim is also always available to answer my questions. Jim and Computers Made EZ has a life-long customer with me. Thank you for going above and beyond with customer service!

Fast, friendly, affordable. I have known Jim for 15 years. In fact, he trained me for my current career. There is no one I would trust more with my computers.I know enough about computers to know when I dont know enough. Jim and his team are always ready to help. They are always willing to take the time to answer questions, without making me feel stupid for not knowing something. Would I recommend them? Look, I live in Vancouver, WA, about an hour away. There are probably 20 computer repair shops within 5 miles of my home butI would not take my computers ANYWHERE else.

My computer looked me out about 2 weeks ago and could not find any help went to Frys but they knew nothing wasted my time going all the way there, when at Computers made EZ it was a closer way to my house more economical and a better service than Frys. Fixed my computer fast and it works great It Is a Fast service Economical and all the Employees are great people.Will recommend everyone to this place.And If Computer made EZ is reading this YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST !!!.

Top rate and best price service in Canby! Jim was unavailable when I stopped in with a soldering emergency so I went to another store with a hard to pronounce name. while I was asking questions the counter tech pulled out a stopwatch... billing me per minute! I decided to wait and have Jim make my solder connection. It took him a few minutes and he did not charge me by the minute. Very reasonable fee for an excellent job. The only repair shop to use in the area!

Words cannot describe how awesome these guys are. My sons laptop screen broke at school when a kid pushed him into a wall and he had Final coming up that he needed that computer for. These guys within 15 minutes found a recycled screen replaced it and had it back up and running in no time, And then they didnt charge me a thing. Exceptional customer service exceptional workmanship I would use them anytime I have a computer issue.

I have been going to Computers made ez since Jim opened the shop, Jim does great work, he has great prices on both repair and new computers. I will only take my computers to Jim and when its time to buy a new one, he builds it for me. I also think Jim is a great community leader, he takes the time to help make a difference in the communities teenagers, by not only being a good role model, but helping them learn new skills.

I came here in hopes of getting a issue with my graphics card figured out. Within minutes they had the problem diagnosed, fixed, and even made my PC faster! They went above and beyond when even places like geek squad and square wouldnt even do anything for me. They are real stand up people who do good business and go the extra mile for the customer. They have my business for life.

Jim is AWESOME and his staff is incredible. Nicest most knowledgeable people - I will never go anywhere else! They take the time to listen and explain things in a way that I actually understand what went wrong, how theyre going to fix it, and what I can do to prevent it in the future. I met him about 5 years ago via word-of-mouth have sent everyone his way that I possibly can!

GREAT PLACE!!!!!!! So helpful, really nice, were able to fix my computer company wouldnt because my warranty was no good. Definitely going back if anymore of my electronics stop working. Even gave me advice on my phone when I wasnt even there to have it looked at.
