Ive now leaned on the expertise of Devin and Kellen twice and theyve never let me down. More recently, they helped upgrade an aged but still working PC so my grandson is able to play games on it that require a beefier graphic card than was in the computer. They also recommended and installed an SSD which has helped speed up the aging machine. This was all done over the New Years weekend -- they worked late New Years eve afternoon to get the machine ready. Needless to say, the staff at CareTech made one 14-year-old boy very happy. Charlie, Kellen, and Devin are are professional, customer-oriented, and able to think "outside the box" to come up with technical solutions that best address their customers needs. As I mentioned, this was my second experience with CareTech. I continue to feel good knowing that I have a place to go should I again need technical help with my computer system. I highly recommend this company to anyone out there needing expert tech help. Hands down, they are the best!!

Every now and then I encounter a business or service that is so exceptional that I immediately want to tell everyone I know about it. Care-Tech is such a business. Charlie and Devin are super personable and pleasant to deal with and totally honest. Im writing this on the computer that Charlie repaired -- quickly and extremely reasonably. Its a little neighborhood business -- the kind I love. Easy parking in downtown Edmonds, a completely stress free experience. Let me emphasize again -- great work, done timely -- and friendly -- very reasonable rates and really nice guys who are service-oriented. What more could you ask for? I recommend them unequivocally. As I joked to Charlie when I left, I almost want one of my computers to break again so Ill have reason to patronize them again! BTW, check out their Yelp ratings,too. Wow.

Charlie is the best. I live in California, Charlie is in Washington State. He mailed my new computer to me, and we did the set-up remotely. Hes very professional, and patient with those of us less than tech savvy. Sure, theres a Best Buy a couple miles from my house, but the service I receive from Charlies PC Repair, even remotely, seems more personal than the big box stores people.

I had a heavy object drop on my laptop computer and dent it. When I opened it, the screen was damaged and I couldnt tell if the computer could be salvaged. Charlie told me about several different options I had, answered my questions and I chose one. The rates are excellent and the customer service was great. Care Tech is a perfect name. You can tell they care and they know technology.

They have serviced my computer twice and both times got it humming along. My computer is aging, but adequate for my needs. Im sure some other repair places would have advised me to give it up and buy a new one. I would highly recommend these guys!
