Id like to share my experience with Professional Computer Repair. Several years back, I got a nasty virus on my laptop which crippled my hard drive. I found a company on line who guaranteed they could fix ANY computer problem. After having them attempt to fix mine 4 times to no avail, I became extremely frustrated with them. A business associate recommended Bill Andrews, The owner of Professional Computer Repair. Not only was he able to help me the same day, he correctly identified my problem and fixed my problem for 1/2 the cost that I had paid the other company. Sadly I had taken my daughters computer to the other company in at the same time for a simple tune up, when I had Bill take a look at hers, there was so much dust in it that it hadnt even been opened yet I was charged for it anyway. Bill has been MY Computer Guru and wouldnt even consider going anywhere else. He truly lives up to his companies creed "Professional" Bill is extremely so, as well as knowledgeable, convenient, reliable & punctual. You will be hard pressed to find better service at any price. I found Bills Professional Computer Repair through Google, and was more than impressed with the service provided. I took a computer with a series of problems, not the least of which was a burnt out mother board to Bill. After tracking down an out of date motherboard, it started to look like I was just going to end up with an expense and a paperweight. For the same price as the repair, Bill was able to outfit my parts into a machine that he was going to sell. Its from that machine that I happily write this review.

We had Bill Andrews set up our small business network; including a network server, several PCs, several printers, and install software on all of the computers. Everything went so smoothly. Bill was professional, thorough and super fast. He came prepared for the few sticky points that came up and was able to work through them quickly and effectively. I just had one of those semi unexplainable issues with my laptop and Im new to Portland. Being not very computer literate I looked for someone to help me thru the issue. I called Bill and he was very nice on the phone. He took time to do some initial trouble shooting, when that didnt work I decided to bring the computer into him. He was very helpful, solved the mystery and I was on my way. I now have my "fix it guy", what a relief!

Very honest and reasonable. Hes transparent in everything he does. I needed the fan replaced in my laptop and during teardown my keyboard broke. He replaced it at no cost to me. These things happen especially when you have to pry a thin plastic keyboard off. So I was very thankful that he took it on himself to make it right. Couldnt recommend Bill highly enough.

Cheapest computer repair in town, and you can tell theres years of experience going into the work. Great quality repairs, great price, guaranteed work. Fixed the power port on my laptop for $100 flat, no additional charges for parts or anything. Everywhere else around here starts repairs at $120 or so.
