Im pretty hard to impress with computer repairs. My dad was an dell computer engineer for 12+ years, so Im used to getting expert help for free, no strings attached. Sadly, when I moved up to happy valley , my computer-whiz father stayed down in utah. Where to go when phone advice isnt enough? My lack of enthusiasm for computer repair places was enough for me to keep an ill computer in a closet for months until my dad came up for the holidays and could take a look at it in person. Well, Im glad I finally decided to take another look at what was available locally, because you know what? These guys deserve every five-star review theyve earned -- and in case you havent noticed, theyve earned quite a few. Theyre efficient, theyre honest, theyre much more than competent, and theyre outstanding with customer service. When my latest computer problem turned out to be a more complicated issue than expected, Blake laid out the options for me in a straightforward manner. He gave me his recommendation and explained his reasoning, but I never felt pressured in making my decision. I was already planning to write them a good review, but when I went to pick up my computer today, I was in for a very pleasant surprise -- by following Romans recommendation and cutting my losses (a.k.a. declining repairs), I didnt get charged a cent, not even for labor. That is some quality customer service right there. Youve definitely got my future business, and Ill be sending my husband and friends your way when theyre in need of a good computer guy. Heck, if my dad ever moves to oregon and finds himself stumped by a computer problem, Ill send him your way, too!

Upon entering the building, the store front was well kept and clean. The professionally dressed gentleman that greeted me identified himself as the owner. He also informed me as soon as I walked through the doors that he was on a personal call. We all do it, theres nothing too intrusive about a quick call home to find out whats for dinner. I politely noted that his complete attention was worth a few extra minutes of my time. His response was shocking, "Im on the phone with someone I havent talked to in ages and well be on the phone for hours. What do you want?" Ive gotten better service from a McDonalds during a high school lunch. He picked up the phone at walked away from me. If this is his dedication to his work and the way he treats all of his customers, he isnt someone that will be working on my businesses computers. In my line of work, the customer comes first. In his line of work, the doors wont be open long. In my opinion youd be better off to avoid the lack of respect this guy has for his customers.

My experience with computer repair people has been mostly negative due to an elitist attitude in the past Ive never really cared for. The internal fan of my Sony wife laptop stopped running and was leading my computer to shut down with an imminent mother board melt possible. I searched web for computer repair and not only was this the first few businesses that popped up, it was also the closest to where I lived. Its in a fine location right next to new season store Tony and the guys at happy valley computers gave me a fair price for labor and parts and my computer was completed in about 3 business days. Not only that, but they stand by their work and have the customer service to prove it. The attitude there is extremely friendly and you can tell the staff really know what theyre doing and are willing to help. Ive never encountered this type of positive go-getter attitude in this industry and I have now found a trustworthy and awesome computer repair store for my family and I in the future. Thanks

My computer was having issues (slowing down, viruses, pop ups, etc.) and the young man went above and beyond to help me. I had a tight budget and he made sure I didnt go a penny over it. I was able to get a solid state upgrade (I recommend it to all computers, its even better than what I expected) and I got it back within a few days which was fine with me because if wasnt working anyway. I got my computer back and just had to write a review about my amazing experience! I was at best buy while it was getting repaired just to check out their pricing, and the same repair would have cost me over 399$ with 1 week turn around time and shorter warranty when I paid under 250$ at this place. Im glad I chose to go local and get an honest repair rather than getting ripped off by these bigger stores. Thank you for being honest, I will recommend this place to anyone with electronic issues!

Getting your computer repaired is not fun. I was stressed out and nervous about the cost, what information I may lose and the time frame in which it would take to restore everything to normal. I went to Happy Valley Computers to support my local business and I couldnt be happier! The time frame was quicker than expected. The pricing options were given to me long before any repair had been done. The follow up and customer service exceeded every expectation I had. Every piece of data was kept in tact. Roman worked late into the night to get my computer back in working order for me. Thank you!

I had two iPhones that needed screen repairs, no other place was willing to do a combo type deal since I was doing two. I called Happy Valley computers already giving up hope and he was able to help me out on the price! Very friendly guy and was willing to help as soon as he picked up the phone. It wasnt even the combo deal that got me into the store, it was the amazing customer service i received over the phone. Thank you for Honoring that deal, I will be back with plenty more electronics!

Excellent service with great dedication. I have a decent enough knowledge of computers, but when my computer wasnt working and I tried literally everything I could think of, Happy Valley Computers took the time and energy to not only figure it out, but fix the solution and do so with a great attitude and understanding. Any concern I had was listened too and taken into consideration. It took some doing too, but my computer runs great now. Thanks so much!

I brought an 11-yr old external hard drive here when I realized it wasnt working anymore. Eugene was able to recover all our files, including some precious photos that would have been lost forever, and the price was very reasonable. He told us the pricing schedule up front and also gave us some good advice about how to store the files in the future. I was very happy with our experience.

Took my sons iPhone 4s, which got run over by a golf cart (long story), and had the front and back glass cracked. The happy valley shop was able to repair it and bring it back to full functionality within a few hours. The went beyond the simple glass replacement and replaced the button and threw in a jell protective case. Nice people, good work. Would recommend them to my friends.
