Took me and my sisters phone here to get the screen fixed, took then a day to do it and got the phones back and the screen wasnt on right so it was popped off. So we took our phones back and they said it was weird that that happened so they will fix it again and yet again same thing happened got it back a day later and a couple screws were lose and the screen was still popping off, I have some friends who got their phone fixed here and same exact thing happened to their phone. I ended up just dealing with my phone cause I know if I was to give it back to them same exact thing would happen so I didnt want to waste my time. A month later my phone ended up breaking and now have to buy a new phone. only 2 stars because they were at least nice about it. paid like 100$ per phone for it too.

The only drawback I can bring to mind is that this review only allows for 5 Stars when in fact they deserve so much more . Quick , efficient , friendly and knowledgeable service that is unparalleled . The manager Austin when realizing I lived in Calistoga had my computer send to their St. Helena location thus facilitating a much shorter drive for me than all the way back to Napa when it came time to pick up my computer . This brings new faith back to me concerning Customer Service which often is difficult to find these days . If you are looking for computer repair I cannot recommend this group highly enough . My thanks to all the staff , a remarkable group . GREG

I had a very bad experience with the previous owners but desperately needed service in my iPhone and wanted to give them a chance. They didnt have the part I needed but promised to order it. I came in after receiving a call that it was in and found out that they had sold it over the weekend. There was no offer for a solution or sincere apology. "Oops our bad, guess youre outta luck. We could order it again." Customer service here is lacking. Would not recommend this place at all.

I brought in my laptop which had a broken screen. The guy behind the counter told me that he COULD fix it, but then said he WOULD NOT FIX IT because "we dont make much money off fixing screens". I guess they dont need business? Id recommend going just about anywhere else, as Id give 0 stars if it were possible.
