My day started out great until I went to the garage to get something and could not open my front door. I did not lock it since I was only gone for about 3 minutes. The door latch broke. No keys, no cell phone, no money, I was locked out. Everything I needed was inside the house. I asked my neighbor if I could borrow her phone to call a locksmith. I called Ethan Locksmith. The nice young gentleman showed up in a timely manner. It was a difficult lock, it took them 2 1/2 hours to destroy the lock to get into it and open the door. Ethan himself had to come out to take over to open it. The lock was an original from the 1970s. Ethan said they dont even sell those kind of locks in California and its priced around $500, a special order lock. I was just happy they were able to open the door. Replacing the old lock with new locks was a breeze. Im so glad I called Ethan Locksmith. Both gents worked really hard to pry the lock open. Thanks guys

Horrible experience, Ethan and his technician went out to my vehicle after insisting they could get my keys out of my trunk of a c300. After numerous attempts Lifting my trunk and interior back seat they left my car damaged and left without giving me an invoice. Ethan later denies ever doing work on my car and refuses to answer any of my calls. This man is a crook, a liar. Go ahead and talk to your lawyer you came out with your technician with a camera to see where my latch was. Youre an unfair, lying small business owner, you should be ashamed of yourself, and no I will not take down my review of what you did to my vehicle.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. When I locked myself out of my house I originally called Ethan Locksmith and they quoted me $60 (I understand it varies depending on what type of lock you have). When the guy showed up he told me this type of door knob would cost $115, possibly more if he runs into problems trying to open it. He wasnt very friendly and I can tell he was frustrated when I said that seems way too expensive. I felt I was being scammed. I then called Dup A Key. They came out right away, opened my door under 30 seconds and charged me only $75.

I am very disappointed. I have been waiting for over 3 monthsand to get an invoice from him. He says he is going to call me back and doesnt . I am still waiting for my invoice to file a claim with my insurance He charges way too much. I will NEVER use this locksmith ever. I suggest you do not either!!!!! Bad service! I can no longer file a claim due to him not sending me the right invoice.

I called Ethan Locksmith on a Saturday afternoon and within 20 minutes, he was here! So professional and efficient. He replaced my two external doors with the hardware I had pre-purchased at Home Depot. Ethan worked fast and went the extra mile for my job...One of the locks I bought was the incorrect size so he waited while I ran back to Home Depot to exchange. Very fair pricing too!

Typically when you need a locksmith, you find yourself in a desperate situation. Christian from Ethan Locksmith was fast, efficient and professional! He explained the process and pricing in great detail and put us immediately at ease. Definitely a good and reputable company! Id use them again, but I truly hope to never need their services in the near future.

I highly recommend these guys. I needed a car key that I bought online cut and programmed and they were very helpful. They checked if the remote could be programmed first so that I didnt waste my money cutting a bad key. I paid a very good price compared to what I would have paid at a dealership.

So no one ever wants to lose their key and if that happens you need someone right away. I called and someone got sent out in less than two hours. I got the same remote and it had everything. Came to my house and got the key cut in 30 minutes. Thank you so much! 5 stars for everything

It is difficult to find. Once you arrive there are a group of buildings. It is suite 317 in building 300. Once I found the place they were super helpful. I had a difficult to make key and had been turned away at Ace Hardware. They were able to make the keys.
