After a six week ordeal due to their poor customer service, my safe is FINALLY FIXED.. First, the technician broke the replacement part that I ordered for my safe (understandably mistakes happen). Secondly, it took them six weeks to get the same part that took ME 4 days to get from the same company. After calling Grah 6 times with no result, I called the manufacturer to find out the order was never placed. Thirdly, they charged me full price to fix what their incompetence started. If zero stars was available thats what Id give. HORRIBLY RAN COMPANY! Buyer beware!! Review update from a one star: After receiving a call from Management inquiring as to what exactly happened I explained and they apologized and gave me a substantial discount for their error. Maybe theres hope for this company after all.

These guys are real pros. I am in the trades myself and I often need to refer Grah to my clients. they are top notch not only in technical expertise but also in customer service. I sure appreciate having an owner like Glenn Younger and his great team of folks who care for my clients like they take care of me....with 5 star service. I have known Glen for a few years now and he is a great guy. Always helpful and very knowledgeable. This office handles a lot of locksmith and security needs which is nice because they can work on the commercial locks and panic bars. Not all locksmiths can. Thanks for the help over the years

Called for service and got most of the work done. fast paced work and reliable work. Technician took down some info (part not in van) and was supposed to send over a quote to wrap up. Called a few times for quote, after 2 months they are sending a new tech to look again.

Went to pick up keys that my mom had dropped off to get copied and Juan was really rude. Not sure how pleasant the other employees are but he had a bad attitude, slamming keys on counter in front of me and shouldnt be working customer service.

Years late to rate them, but they were awesome in helping me to secure my business in a cost effective way. I lost my business when the economy first dropped in 2007/2008, but I never forgot these people and their sterling service.
