Large gym, never truly crowded except maybe 3 hours in a day and youre still able to find space to work out...outside area makes it even more available to do things...total 5 squat racks, 4 benches, and 4 open chairs so workouts and an extremely large gym with a large about room and a cardio room upstairs...comparable to top fitness gyms

ancient cardio machines are its only shortcomings. 24/7 hours and plenty of benches, weights, cable machines, and isolation machines far outshine that!

I like the fact that this gym is open 24 hours a day. Also when its late a certain days the gym is all yours practically.
