I have nothing but positive things to say about Transition Staffing Group and my experience partnering with the company during my job search. Firstly, I was professionally greeted and offered water by the office manager Kristen who then quickly let the recruiter Paul know that I had arrived for our meeting. Paul was extremely knowledgeable of the finance and accounting job market in San Diego. I appreciate how welcomed I felt to be myself during our meeting. Paul took the time to thoroughly go over my resume and background to obtain the best possible understanding of who I am and what jobs I could be a strong candidate for. After several attempts to contact a recruiter, when most wouldn’t even acknowledge receipt of my e-mails/phone calls or in some cases just call to find out if I’m interested in a specific position, I received a response from Steve who immediately offered a face to face meeting. At his office, he took the time to thoroughly review my resume, learn about my background, skills and expectations and provided invaluable advice. One day later he had arranged an interview for me with one of his clients and he’s been so kind and professional to call me to follow up. During my job search I have met a few recruiters and this is by far the best! 5 Stars to Steve and Kristen!

I had a really good experience with my first visit with TSG. I got to sit down with Tricia and she went over my resume, gave me some pointers and we talked thoroughly about my skills and my experiences. I felt that she was really trying to get to know me to ensure that she knows exactly what I want and what I am looking for. She asked me what was important to me and I think that thats really great because it made me feel that she will work hard to help me find something that is very close to what I am looking for. I also met Mat & Kristen and they were very friendly as well.

The office looks nice and modern. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. She made me feel welcome. The recruiter guided me on how to pursue a great job opportunity.
