Formerly golds gym, the owner got tired of the high franchise costs and rebranded with American barbell. Same gym, staff, & equipment. Time will tell if the money hes saving will be used to improve the gym or not. As is, its a good gym: clean, good lifting equipment, but the locker rooms could use some love. Also if note is Junes yoga class, its of a quality far above the average yoga youd find at a gym like this, highly recommended.
