OMG its a GHETTO gym but since my workouts are important its affordable. NEVER any paper towels in wormens bathroom its so gross and dirty in the locker rooms I would never take a shower or use the toilets. Its too bad most of the equiptment sits broken all the time, andso I dont know how many times the water heater wnet out AND SO NO towels or hot water! just recently I was in the womens locker room and there was a plumber fixing sink There were two ladies in the shower and sauna so I felt bad they didnt know so I had to go in there and tell them since I was in there anyway. If they made an anoucement that he was coming in not a good job. Atlleast you have to have a women employee go and check out the loccker room?? I have helped open two gyms here in brentwood and Oakley area in the last 11 years and I worked at them for at least 10 of them inside the facility, recently got laid off and this Inshape is close and affordable for me. Its just too darn bad that this facility is so dirty and the conditons are gross. I do love the teachers most of them haved worked at the two gyms I have and love their classes. Unless your a Hot guy or pretty girls walking in the front door your front desk people are the most unfriendly people and not helpful when I have needed a towel or checking in. I have been there 7 months and really hope that someone at corporate can read this and do somethingBUT I am just one person

Im new to the area and looking to start a new membership with my family. So I call and ask for the prices for the memberships. The automated message says "If youre not a member press 1" (You would think the people who answer the phone will be able to explain the memberships) WRONG. After the guy answered and I asked, he started to explain that he doesnt know the prices cause there are "different ones". Then he starts guessing some of the prices. So I asked if he could find someone who can help me. After I hold the next guy picks up the phone and I ask the same question. His response was "I myself do not know either". At that pont I had to hang up the phone. For one why would the first guy give the phone to someone who also doesnt know. And second how do they not know the prices of a membership?! Its the little things that will bring customers in. Why arent these employees trained to know at least the basics of the memberships provided by your company? What a missed opportunity you had to bring my business to you. Very bad look..

This gym is horrible! Everyone that is interested in going to this gym please reconsider! trust me this gym is not worth your time. They wasted a ridiculous amount of my time and I wish I would have looked them up on here before I ever considered going to this gym! First and foremost, the individual that will most likely sign you up for your gym membership is the "Sales Manager" that goes by the name of JAMES. Please, if you have any contact with this individual run the other way. He is a liar, and will do anything to sign you up for a gym membership at that club even if he has to make up faulty stories to do so, which he will! BEWARE! you are better off going to any other gym even if you have to drive a little further. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! If I was the actual GM of this location I would have that sales manager JAMES fired! He is rude and is a very poor representative of the company and this gym. He basically give the company a bad name single handedly. I will NEVER return. Thanks JAMES! I REPEAT..DONT GO HERE!

Do not ever fall for any of their marketing ploy!!!! I went to inquire and was convinced to sign-up for a family plan. They said though that I can cancel within 7 days which I did - I was turned-off by having me attend an information session with a personal trainer which I thought was a waste of my time for its another hard selling of their services!!! 3 weeks after, my account was charged and they told me that it will take 30 days to process and reimburse my money! I do not understand why they have to forward my paper to their corporate office when a persons given a time to think and cancel within 7 days???? Now I have to make all this calls and beg for my money!!!

I wasnt sure about this gym at first , But They gave us an affordable family rate, Been good at helping us achieve what we want . The Trainers are like any gym , you may need to find one who you feel more comfortable with but are experience has been great! We have been there for four yrs and the kids really like it. Been to alot of gyms in the area and I would definetly recommend InShape.

Sauna, two hot tubs, and a 2 lane lap pool with a side area for kids or splashing around that is kept at a comfortable 80ish degrees. It has been great for me during my rehab.
