This place is the best around. I had previously taken a couple of white dress shirts to another cleaner in the area, when I picked them up later they still had soiled collars and cuffs, not to mention they failed to remove a small blue stain, telling me "itll come out next time." That was unsatisfactory to me so I took the shirts to Shine and they returned them to me the next day looking brand new! You never would have believed they were previously worn or stained. I recommend this place to my friends and the people I meet, and I would recommend them to you. Also, the two women are very friendly and the prices are reasonable. TLDR: This place is the best and I highly recommend them because they are professional and their work shows it.

When I was living closer to Cupertino, I used to bring my dry cleaning here quite frequently. The quality and service are decent and prices are reasonable. However, I stopped bringing my cleaning there after being frustrated with the service several times in a row. My clothes have not always been ready when promised. I also paid in advance to have the pilling on my sweaters removed and it was forgotten several times. Also, one of my dresses was ruined (I dont think they followed the proper cleaning instructions and it looks like all these strange fibers are sticking out of it now).

Said NO to my dry cleaning with an attitude before even looking at the item? Way to support your local school choir at Miller middle school. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS NOR RECOMMEND.

Every piece we took here came back w/o stains! They seem to be using environmentally friendly cleaning agents, too. Highly recommended.
