Mission cleaners is okay if you need a clean every once in a while and cant find better, but I wouldnt recommend it for frequent visits. They use eco-friendly cleaner, which is great, but their actual service is lacking. When Ive gone Ive had to ask for items that required very little work to be re-done, with some dirt still attached to the sweaters/ties Ive taken in even after I point out the issues (Im not talking about soiled items, either). It works after a second try, but I usually need to be more persistent about my stuff to get anywhere. The customer is always right, right?

I went to Mission dry cleaners to get some couch cusion covers cleaned. I was excited to have found a green dry cleaners so close to where I am staying. In the past ive payed $30 dollars to get me 6 cusion covers cleaned. So i was very suprised when my billed said $80!!! Mission dry cleaners wanted to make me pay $12.50 per cusion seat cover when i have paid $5 per seat cover before. I informed the man helping me that Ive paid $5 per cusion before. So he told me he would "discount it this time" to $60 which is still twice what I usually pay. I will never go back here.

I agree with Jimmy Collishaw. But the name of the nasty cleaners is Almar, not Alma. They (Almar) charged me for repairs to two sport-coats. But, when I got home, I discovered the repairs were not done. So, I immediately went back and showed them. They then agreed to do the repairs. When I picked up my sport-coats, they charged me again for the same repairs! I dont like arguing or suing. So I politely paid them -- and resolved never to go back there. I

This place is great- friendly service, great prices, and green cleaning. Ive taken many clothing items (mens and womens) and a delicate quilt. Ive also had things altered. They are fast, and Ive been pleased every time!

Took two pairs of jeans to be hemmed. Wasnt too expensive and the results were great. Very happy with the results and will definitely come back here if I ever actually need something dry cleaned.

I love this place I am a former Alma dry cleaners customer and hated the service there. I take all my laundry fluff and fold and dry cleaning on a weekly basis and have never been happier.
