My wife and I have owned an upscale apartment building in San Luis Obispo for the past 40 years and have always taken pride in being able to carefully take care of the property and select prime tenants. We were successful in following our guidelines of providing honest, fair, and curteous housing to students and families. We feventually realized we need more time to relax, travel, and visit with our growing family so we carefully vetted and selected RPM as the caretakers of our property. Without exception, our tenants are delighted with their prompt and respectful service any time I inquire about how they like the management. Matt and Jerry run their service up to our standards and exceed them in fields where you would expect professional management to excell; i.e. great handymen etc to promptly and skillfully handle maintenance problems that have arisen during the course of this past year.

I cant say enough about the professionalism of the team of Matt and Jerry. I live in Sacramento and they managed my house in San Luis Obispo rented to college students. They managed a needed remodel of the home first which was amazing. Then they found qualified tenants and checked the home quarterly to insure the property was being maintained properly. When the time came that I wanted to sell, they found a buyer and handled the sale for me. They are down-to-earth people who are honest, reasonable, and professional. I have never experienced such excellence in a property manager before.
