Geanne Pack handled a short sale for me and I cannot tell you how unbelievably unhappy I was with the process. She clearly did not represent me as she promised and was legally obligated to do. As a result I wrote complaints to her manager, her broker, the California Department of Real Estate, I am taking her to court and I will not stop until Geanne cannot hurt anyone else. If you are already stuck with her, get everything in writing, make sure you understand who she represents and what her obligations are to the buyer (if she is double ending the deal or working with another agent in her office) and what are obligations are to the bank as "preferred agent".
