I have been working with KCM for a number of years now. Having worked with several different property management companies, I can truly say that the staff at KCM are top tier professionals. Not only that, but they sincerely care about the well being of their clients and properties. If there is a unique problem that comes up (and they do) , KCM will find the most practical way to fix it as Ive seen more than once. KCM, has been great. Our landlords leasing agent, Susan Shaffer, has been considerate, responsive and frankly very interested and supportive towards the success of our business. Expectations and understanding of roles and responsibilities are extremely clear for both tenant and landlord and they take theirs very seriously. Two years in, still waiting for a catch... Probably wont be one.

They are really on top of things. Last summer they had a project where they beautified our companys property - they did some work on the parking lot, planted bushes, worked on the parking stalls, cleaned out the dumpster area... they really made it look a lot better. They are proactive about things like that.
