I recently purchased my first home with the help of Cheri! Being a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. Cheri is great about returning phone calls and emails and she provided me with numerous listing options that met my wants and budget. She even went through the trouble to show me homes at various times in the evenings and on weekends. When I found a home that met my needs perfectly, I decided to make an offer. It turned out that several other people also made offers on the same home. Cheri worked her magic and my offer was accepted!!! The process went incredibly smoothly, she worked very hard and stayed on top of the deal, going above and beyond to ensure my offer was the one accepted. Cheri has a great personality which makes her easy to work with. She works hard to make sure you are buying a home that meets and even exceeds your expectations.
