Really enjoy working with Eric; professional, thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable in real estate law and practice, as well as the neighborhoods within which he has selected prized houses for us to consider as our new home. We are relocating from southern Ca and now wish to be closer to our grandkids. We also wish to have our adult son (who is bipolar) living with us in separate quarters which he can cherish as his "own space" and at the same time, not be detached form the home itself. Eric has been genuinely interested in culling from the marketplace, houses which suit our unique requirements; we are most appreciative of his patience and desire to please.
