You hear so many horror stories from people (usually with little to no knowledge of auto maintenance) about taking their cars to a shop and receiving poor service or worse. Trust is of the utmost importance when dealing with a service company of any kind but it only comes from your experience with the company. So Im writing this with the intention of helping anyone who needs auto servicing and has no one to turn to. Ive been with Bruce at Auto Solutions for nearly a decade. Im a business owner with 3 company vehicles and hes kept every one of them on the roads and running smoothly since day one, and 2 of them have nearly 200,000 miles on the original engine. Auto Solutions; honest, knowledgeable, reliable, friendly and courteous. Try them, you wont be disappointed.

Ive been bringing my cars to Auto Solutions since 2006 and have never been disappointed. Bruce Good (the owner) stands by the shops work and always goes the extra mile for his customers. For minor maintenance work (oil change, smog certificate), I never leave my car because the hour spent talking to Bruce or Nicole while Im waiting is worth it, too. But if I have to leave my car, I can get a loaner (what garage does that?). When I was in a fender-bender a few years ago, Bruce took care of everything: bodywork, new parts and insurance. I didnt have to do a thing! Even though i now live in Richmond, I never want to take my car anywhere else.

Anything having to do with autos -- repairing, buying, selling, Ive brought to Bruce for well over 15 years now. The one attribute that can so often be missing in this particular business is trustworthiness. In addition to the know-how and skills offered at Auto Solutions, trustworthiness is Bruces greatest assets. Bruce has had the tough job of delivering some not so fun news regarding required repairs on cars of mine in the past, but it was always nice to know that the information was still correct and priced fairly. Recently, one of the door locks broke - so I couldnt open the door at all. Needless to say, Edvaldo did a great job with diagnosis and repair.
