On Wed, Dec 28th, I went online to schedule an oil change for 2 cars. I booked Wed, Jan 4, at 1:30 and 2:00. I received the following email: "Thank you for scheduling your appointment with Firestone Complete Auto Care. We are checking on product and store teammate availability and will email you to confirm your appointment. If for any reason we cannot complete your requested appointment time, we will call you directly to discuss other convenient appointment options." I called on Monday, Jan 1st to confirm the appointments. THEY HAD NOTHING IN THEIR SYSTEM FOR MY APPOINTMENTS! They said they were booked and I could make an appointment for NEXT Monday. Firestone should not be offering online appointments if theyre not going to honor them or even acknowledge them. We wont be patronizing this business anymore.

I cant speak highly enough of these guys! I had a car that needed a little work and some tires, however, I wanted to put it up for sale and did not want to invest too much. Guiselle seriously set me up with some great tires, threw in some discounts for some light work and really addressed what was needed on a budget. The car looked and sounded fantastic and sold within a week. As soon as I got my new car the dealership quoted $1300 for tires, Guiselle was able to get me the same tires with roadside assistance and life time alignments for $300 less! I doubled checked and this was more than $200 less than Firestones competitor. Firestone has been doing work for me for more than 10 years and I can only think of a couple times that there were issues. That is an excellent reputation as far as I am concerned.

i came here to get my tire check if its repairable... they called me and said its not and i need a new one so they offer me... but i decided to take my care and have my tire check some place else... and it now its repaired and its REPAIRABLE... they just want me to buy new tire from them... not honest customer service... i know its a business but atleast be homest to your customers.

Call ahead to make a reservation instead of online. I made one online but since they use a third party so it did not go through even though I got a confirmation email. Service is great through and they were able to fit me in to patch my tire in 2 hours, which is not a bad wait since they are right next to the mall and have good free WiFi.

Came by for an alignment, was told by the lady that they couldnt do it and were completely booked for the day. I find that hard to believe when half of the bays were empty including the alignment rack, and techs were fooling around in the garage. Wont be back and will glady take my business to a shop that wants it

The kindness of San Francisco goes beyond to the gateway of the Peninsula. People at the front desk are very gentle, as well as the mechanics who sometimes call you to notify about the progress. With the Serramonte mall on the corner, this shop made it feel very neighborly, tnx.

It is hard to give a consistent rating because with each employee I met, treatment was different. We need individual ratings than company level ratings, so leaving it as Average.

Very bad service, left my vehicle here 2 weekends in a row, they could not change tires and brake pads, had to pick up my car without any work done, not recommended BIG time

Why do you push new tires on people? My mother-in-law went there to fix a nail and walked out with 4 new tires! What a rip-off! Taking advantage people is NOT OK!

BEWARE!! THEY OVERCHARGE and definitely cant trust them. They charge you for work they never performed, for instance a front end alignment.
